Introduced into the channel while inverting it, and while pressing this against the inner wall of the pipeline with fluid pressure,
The fluid is replaced with hot water to cure the thermosetting resin impregnated in the tubular liner, thereby forming a hard coating of the tubular liner on the inner wall of the conduit.

Is connected to an extension tube T at one end, and one end of a tubular liner L is connected to the other end by being turned outward. Then, in a state where the connection side of the tubular liner L is directed toward the inlet of the pipeline P to be repaired, for example, water is injected as a fluid into the extension tube T drawn to the ground from the manhole, and the tubular liner L is inverted by the water pressure. It is then introduced into the pipeline P. In addition, according to this type of construction method, the pipe line P for repairing the tubular liner L can be used without waste by making the length substantially the same as the length of the pipe line P. However, when the diameter of the pipe line P becomes large, this method is applied. Since the elbow E cannot be introduced into the manhole, the repair of the pipe by this method is limited to those having a diameter of up to about 400 mm.

In the figure, K is a base, and this base K is supported by a mount D provided on a manhole. As shown in the figure, one end of the tubular liner L is connected to the outer periphery of the lower part of the base K by being folded back. In this state, the tubular liner L is turned over by injecting water into the base K and turning over the manhole. Into the conduit P. According to this type of construction method, after the hardening of the tubular liner L, the portion from the base K to the inlet of the pipe P is cut off, so that the material is wasted. This has the advantage that the tubular liner can be introduced and repaired.

However, according to this method, a connection portion of a wire rope has to be formed in the tubular liner, and the connection operation has to be performed in a narrow place in the manhole. In addition, when water pressure is used for reversing the tubular liner, there is a risk that the connection portion of the wire rope may be damaged by the weight of the water when the traveling end of the tubular liner is lifted, and the winding work of the wire rope is also extremely difficult. It is hard work.

After being introduced into the pipeline while being inverted by the fluid pressure, the hardening resin was cured while the tubular liner was pressed against the inner wall of the pipeline to form a hard coating by the tubular liner on the inner wall of the pipeline. In the pipeline repair method, the upper end of a flexible reversing guide formed in a vent shape such that the lower end faces the entrance of the pipeline in advance is connected to the base, and the lower end of the reversing guide is directed toward the entrance of the pipeline. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for reversing a tubular liner in a pipeline repair method, wherein the tubular liner is guided into a pipe through the reversing guide.

The base 4 has substantially the same diameter as the tubular liner 3, and a flange 4A is integrally formed at the upper end thereof. It is formed. Reference numeral 5 denotes a flexible, bent-shaped reversing guide having a tubular shape that is approximately the same as or slightly longer than the depth of the manhole. The reversing guide 5 guides the tubular liner 3 in a predetermined direction, that is, from the ground to the pipe 2 buried in the ground through the manhole 1 and is made of a flexible tube made of polyethylene or the like. In particular, one end (lower end) is bent in an elbow shape. That is, the tubular liner 3 is connected to the manhole 1.
The pipe is bent into an elbow shape with a gentle curvature so that it can be smoothly guided into the pipeline 2 from the outside, but the degree is set according to the inner diameter of the manhole and the pipeline, and the connection angle between the manhole and the pipeline. You.

Although the set only needs to put the flange 4A on the portion of the gantry 7, it is preferable to bolt the flange 4A and the portion of the gantry 7 together. Then, the reversing guide 5 whose upper end is connected to the base 4 is suspended in the manhole 1 and its lower end is exposed to the entrance of the pipeline 2 to be repaired. In the case where the clearance between the manhole 1 and the reversing guide 5 is large and the reversing guide 5 fluctuates, its lower end is preferably fixed to the bottom of the manhole 1 using an anchor bolt or a string. For this purpose, for example, a projection (not shown) is partially formed on the outer periphery of the lower end of the reversing guide 5.

Therefore, the tubular liner 3 continues to extend downward along the reversing guide 5, and when its advancing end reaches the lower end of the reversing guide 5, the direction is changed at this portion. That is, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 1, the advancing end of the tubular liner 3 is directed to the inlet of the conduit 2 along the lower end of the reversing guide 5. Thereafter, the advancing end of the tubular liner 3 extends from the lower end of the reversing guide 5, is guided to the entrance of the conduit 2, and is introduced therein.

Then, the inside of the pipe 2 is covered over its entire length as shown in FIG. Here, a warm water hose 8 is connected to the end of the tubular liner 3 in advance. Therefore, the warm water hose 8 is drawn into the inside of the tubular liner 3 by inversion of the tubular liner 3, and by the time the inversion of the tubular liner 3 is completed. As shown in FIG. 3, a series of pipes are laid along the inside of the tubular liner 3 in the pipe line 2.

After that, compressed air is supplied from the compressor C through the lid 9 from the outside into the closed space S formed by the lid 9, the base 4, and the tubular liner 3. The lid 9 is previously suspended on the base 7 with a chain block or the like above the base 4, and after the entire tubular liner 3 is drawn into the base 4, it is gradually lowered onto the base 4A of the base. A pipe for supplying compressed air is connected to the lid 9, and a hot water hose 8 and a drain pipe 10 are passed through the lid 9. In particular, the hot water hose 8 is composed of a hard tube 8A penetrating the lid 9 and a flexible tube 8B connected to the lower end thereof.
Is movable in the length direction while being kept airtight through an O-ring or the like and penetrated. Therefore, the hot water hose 8 can smoothly supply hot water without lifting the flexible pipe 8B by pulling up the hard pipe 8A, and the drain pipe 10 sinks its lower end regardless of the amount of water in the tubular liner 3. Drainage can be performed reliably.

Therefore, while the hot water heated by the boiler B is supplied into the closed space S through the hot water hose 8 by the pump P, the water stored in the closed space S is discharged from the drain pipe 10 to keep the pressure in the closed space S constant. The water temperature in the closed space S is increased. The boiler B includes a water storage tank and a heat source for heating the water stored in the water storage tank, as is well known. And
The hot water obtained by the boiler B is supplied into the tubular liner 3 from the hot water hose 8 by the pump P, and the stored water in the tubular liner 3 is returned to the boiler B to repeat the circulation of the hot water. While being pressed against the inner wall of the pipe 2, the thermosetting resin impregnated therein hardens, whereby a hard coating of the tubular liner 3 is formed on the inner wall of the pipe 2. Thus, when the tubular liner 3 is completely cured, the hot water is drained, the hot water hose 8 is taken out, and the tubular liner 3 is placed at the inlet side and the outlet side of the pipe 2.
Is to be cut.

The shape of the base and the method of connecting the tubular liner to the base are not limited to the above examples, and various known techniques can be adopted. FIG. 4 shows an example in which a base 4 having a flange 4A in the middle is used, and a tubular liner 3 is connected to the outer periphery of the upper end. Here, after connecting one end of the tubular liner 3 to the outer periphery of the upper end of the base 4, a part of the tubular liner 3 is pushed into the base 4 to form a pocket 3A that receives fluid pressure. Also, in this example, the upper end of the reversing guide 5 is connected to the outer periphery of the lower end of the base 4. This is passed through the inside of the base 4 from the lower side, and one end thereof is turned outward to be connected to the outer periphery of the upper end of the base 4. Then, the tubular liner 3 may be connected to the outer periphery of the upper end of the base 4.

After connecting one end of the tubular liner 3 to the outer periphery of the lower end of the outer tube 41, the inner tube 42 is fitted into the lower end opening of the outer tube 41, and the tubular liner 3 3 may be pressed in to form the pocket 3 </ b> A, while the upper end of the reversing guide 5 may be connected to the outer periphery of the lower end of the inner cylinder 42.

Can be inverted by using only one or both of a liquid and a gas as a fluid. In addition, as long as the gas is used, the base 4 is naturally covered with a lid so that the gas does not leak. In the above example, a thermosetting resin is used as the curable resin, but a photocurable resin or the like may be used instead. In this case, hot water as a heat medium for curing the thermosetting resin, Instead of hot air, steam, or the like, a light source is introduced into the tubular liner 3.

The reversing guide 5 can appropriately guide the tubular liner 3 into the pipe line 2 as described above, and also has a role of preventing burst of the tubular liner 3 due to fluid pressure.

Moreover, since the reversing guide is formed in a vent shape so that the lower end thereof faces the entrance of the pipeline, the traveling end of the tubular liner is not changed in direction by lifting the winch with a winch, etc. Guidance can be appropriately guided into pipes such as sewers, which greatly improves work efficiency. Further, since the reversing guide has flexibility, even when a large-diameter pipe is repaired, the reversing guide can be introduced into the manhole and the tubular liner can be reversed inside the manhole.
