In the case of a waterproof cloth in which a urethane resin is laminated by a casting technique, if a long fiber woven fabric having a small anchor effect due to fluff or the like on the surface is used as a base fabric, a large amount of the fabric is required to increase the peeling strength. Has to be applied, so that the adhesive penetrates into the fiber structure of the long-fiber woven fabric and hardens the hand. If a long-fiber woven fabric is treated with a fluorine-based water-repellent agent in advance to prevent the penetration of the adhesive, the texture is soft, but the adhesive does not conform to the fiber surface and the peel strength is so low that it cannot withstand practical use. Also,
In the case of a waterproof cloth made of a vinyl chloride resin having good hydrolysis resistance, there is a drawback that it is heavy, and in addition, it becomes soft and the resin strength is reduced in summer, and it is broken by friction and the like in summer. Was. In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof cloth which is lightweight, has a soft texture, is excellent in hydrolysis resistance, and is excellent in surface strength, tearing and tensile strength.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The long fiber woven fabric used in the present invention includes a woven fabric made of long fibers such as nylon, polyester, vinylon and aramid. Nylon and polyester fabrics are preferred. Total denier of long fiber is 70 ~
420 denier is preferred. Particularly, 100 to 250 denier is preferable. If it is less than 70 denier, the tear strength may be insufficient. If it is greater than 420 denier, the lightness is insufficient. The weight of the fabric is 220 g / m 2
It is necessary to be less than or equal to 120 g / m 2 . Further, in order to improve the waterproof property, the long-fiber woven fabric can be treated with a fluorine-based water repellent beforehand and used as a base fabric. The reactive polyurethane resin of the first layer described below is mixed with a solvent having good permeability and is well compatible with the fiber surface of the long-fiber woven fabric treated with a fluorine-based water-repellent agent.
