【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、複数の棒状光伝送体が2枚の基板間に1層もしくは2層以上に平行配列され挟着された構造を有する光伝送体アレイ原板を平板上に固定し、該光伝送体アレイ原板の表面に溝を削り込み、この溝部において光伝送体アレイ原板を割断する工程を有することを特徴とする光伝送体アレイの製造方法に関する。

Claims (4)

  1. 複数の棒状光伝送体が2枚の基板間に1層もしくは2層以上に平行配列され挟着された構造を有する光伝送体アレイ原板を平板上に固定し、該光伝送体アレイ原板の表面に溝を削り込み、この溝部において光伝送体アレイ原板を割断する工程を有することを特徴とする光伝送体アレイの製造方法。
  2. 前記光伝送体アレイ原板の一方の基板表面から、その基板およ棒状光伝送体を通過し他方の基板に達する深さの溝を削り込むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の光伝送体アレイの製造方法。
  3. 前記光伝送体アレイ原板の両基板表面からそれぞれ、該光伝送体アレイ原板の厚さの30%以上50%未満の深さの溝を削り込むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の光伝送体アレイの製造方法。
  4. 前記溝を削り込む際、前記光伝送体アレイ原板は前記平板に吸引吸着により固定されている請求項1〜のいずれか1項に記載の光伝送体アレイの製造方法。
