[0003] The lining method is a method in which a lining agent such as a resin is melted or dissolved in a solvent or the like to flow along the inner wall of the pipe to perform lining. Low long-term reliability, such as cracks caused by strong ground motion. In addition, since it takes time to clean the inside of the pipe before lining, it is not suitable as a construction method for emergency treatment in an emergency. In addition, the construction period is long and the construction cost is expensive.

The method of expanding a resin tube by heating and pressurizing it after insertion is a method that has been put to practical use in Europe. However, the thermoplastic resin tube used is hard, and it is possible to repair existing straight tubes and bend tubes. However, since the inside of the elbow cannot be bent and passed through by 90 degrees, it is not suitable for repairing a pipe having many bends. In addition, since not only heating but also a pressurizing device is required at the construction site, there is a problem that a considerably advanced construction technique is required and the cost of incidental equipment is high.

Accordingly, the applicant of the present invention used a resin tube formed of polyethylene having a degree of crosslinking of 65% or more and having a relatively good shape memory property in the main body of the resin tube, and was heated to a first temperature near the melting point to be uniform. After the diameter is reduced, the material is cooled, heated to a second temperature for softening while maintaining that state, inserted into the existing pipe in the softened state, and then heated to the first temperature to return to the size before the diameter reduction ( Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 6-114935) has been proposed, but a pressurization is necessary for a sufficient diameter return, and a lining tube having good shape memory properties has been desired.

In the case of the shape memory rubber composition (C) of the present invention, the mechanism of shape memory is considered as follows. That is, the polyolefin resin (B) contained in the shape memory rubber composition (C) is micro-dispersed in an ethylene / α-olefin / non-conjugated polyene copolymer rubber (A) having rubber elasticity. When this resin is heated and deformed to a temperature higher than the melting point or softening point of the polyolefin resin (B),
The dispersed particles of the polyolefin-based resin (B) are deformed, for example, from a spherical shape to an elliptical shape or a flat shape according to the changing shape, and then solidified when cooled.
Therefore, even if an attempt is made to return to the original shape due to the rubber elasticity of the ethylene / α-olefin / non-conjugated polyene copolymer rubber (A) component, the dispersed particles of the deformed polyolefin resin (B) prevent the shape recovery. In this state, the deformed shape is maintained. When the polyolefin resin (B) is heated again to a temperature higher than the melting point or softening point of the polyolefin resin (B), the dispersed particles of the polyolefin resin (B), which have prevented the recovery of the shape, soften and easily deform.・ Non-conjugated polyene copolymer rubber (A)
It recovers its original shape due to the rubber elasticity of the component.

According to such a method, the morphology (phase morphology) in which the polyolefin resin (B) is micro-dispersed in the shape memory rubber composition (C) can be achieved, but the temperature at the time of kneading is low, and When the force energy is insufficient, the average dispersed particle diameter of the polyolefin resin (B) tends to be large, and when the average dispersed particle diameter of the polyolefin resin (B) exceeds 200 μm, the strength of the obtained lining tube is reduced. Alternatively, the fluidity of the polyolefin-based resin (B) tends to decrease, and the workability tends to be impaired.
