However, the conventional fixing has the following problems. 1. When a steel material is fixed by welding, the use of fire not only limits the construction site, but also takes time for the welding operation and lengthens the construction period. 2. When a hook is provided on a steel material for fixing, the thickness of the concrete member is greatly increased by the hook. 3. Since the time-consuming rust prevention and deterioration prevention treatment is performed on site, the construction period becomes longer. 4. In the case of seismic reinforcement that restricts only the corners of reinforced concrete columns, not only does the mortar form filling the gap between the column side surface and the inner surface of the angle iron not only increase in size due to the placed steel rods, but also increase construction costs. In narrow spaces, construction becomes difficult or impossible. 5. In the case of aseismic reinforcement of reinforced concrete columns with elevated walls between the bridge columns, not only does the removal of the walls for construction become large and the construction cost increases, but also after the construction, the ends of the steel rods Because it protrudes from the angle iron, the use of the space under the overpass is limited.

The angle joint 2, the screw rod 3, and the nut 4 as a single unit constituting the fixing member 1 are relatively light and small, and are manufactured so that they are not required to be processed and treated on site at a factory. Due to the rust treatment, construction on site is quick and easy, and the time and cost of reinforcement work are greatly reduced. Further, the space occupied by the fixing member 1 around the reinforced concrete column 5 is small, and since the tip of the threaded reinforcing bar 3 does not protrude to the outer peripheral portion, construction is possible even in a narrow space, and the wall 6 along the reinforced concrete column 5 can be constructed. The mortar frame of the final finish can be easily assembled. Further, the space under the overpass is not limited by the fixing member after the construction is completed.

And a nut screwed into the tip of the threaded bar.
The length of the threaded bar is approximately equal to the lateral width of the concrete member along which it extends, and the angle of the angled threaded bar, angle joint and angle guide is the same as the corner of the corner of the concrete member along which it extends. Since it is manufactured in a factory and subjected to rust prevention treatment, it has many excellent effects as follows. 1. Since each unit constituting the fixing member is relatively light and small, it can be transported manually, and is suitable for construction in a narrow space such as under an overpass. 2. The work on the construction site is only assembling, and cutting with a tool does not require welding, rust prevention treatment, etc., so the construction is easy, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced. 3. Since the fixing member surrounding the concrete member has a relatively small thickness and the tip of the threaded bar does not protrude outward, the working space is small and mortar finishing is easy. 4. The increase in size due to the reinforcement of the concrete member that has reinforced the insufficient shear strength can be relatively small. 5. In seismic retrofitting of reinforced concrete columns under elevated structures, the size of the removal area for construction is reduced, and temporary construction costs are reduced.
