Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電気化学加工装置(ECM装置)により金属工作物に1個以上の貫通孔を形 成する方法において、 加工作業過程中に導電性で、かつ電気化学的不活性材料の支持層上に上記工 作物を装着することを特徴とする貫通孔形成方法。 2.不活性材料が主として貴金属又はその合金から構成されていることを特徴と する請求項1に記載した方法。 3.材料が主として白金から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載し た方法。 4.加工の間に前記工作物を電極にクランプすることを特徴とする請求項1〜3 のいずれか一項に記載した方法。 5.加工の間に1個以上の電極を収容するように配列した1個以上の孔を前記支 持層が有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載した方法。 6.電極と工作物との間の距離が周期的に増加し、この増加の間は工作物と電極 との間の電流を遮断することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載し た方法。 7.工作物にひげそりホィルを用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか 一項に記載した方法。 8.工作物にひげそり櫛を用いることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5又 は6に記載した方法。 9.工作物がクローム鋼から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のい ずれか一項に記載した方法により製造された工作物。
