Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.身体組織を切除するデバイスであって、 支持体、 隣接する巻線中の、該支持体のまわりに巻かれたワイヤであって、該支持体に 接続する少なくとも1つのエッジ部分および該少なくとも1つのエッジ部分から 間隔を置いて離れて配置されたその他の部分を有する細長い電極を形成し、該隣 接する巻線が、該少なくとも1つのエッジの近傍で、該細長い電極の該その他の 部分に沿ってよりも近接して間隔を置いて配置される、ワイヤ、および 組織を切除する該細長い電極による伝達のために、切除エネルギーの供給源に 該ワイヤを接続する、連結部、 を備える、デバイス。 2.前記ワイヤが、矩形断面を有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 3.前記ワイヤが、環状断面を有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 4.前記細長い電極のその他の部分における前記隣接する巻線間の間隔が変化す る、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 5.前記細長い電極のその他の部分における前記隣接する巻線間の間隔がほぼ均 一である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 6.前記電極上に少なくとも1つの温度感知要素をさらに備える、請求項1に記 載のデバイス。 7.前記電極の少なくとも1つのエッジの近傍に温度感知要素をさらに備える、 請求項1に記載のデバイス。 8.前記ワイヤが所定の幅を有し、そして前記隣接する巻線が、該ワイヤの幅の 1/5より近接する間隔を置いて配置される前記少なくとも1つのエッジ近傍を除 いて、該ワイヤの幅の少なくとも1/5だけ間隔を置いて離れて配置される、請求 項1に記載のデバイス。 9.前記ワイヤが所定の幅を有し、そして前記隣接する巻線が、該ワイヤの幅の 1/5より近接する間隔を置いて配置される前記少なくとも1つのエッジ近傍を除 いて、該ワイヤの幅の少なくとも約1/2だけ間隔を置いて離れて配置される、請 求項1に記載のデバイス。 10.前記連結部が、組織を切除する前記細長い電極による伝達のために、高周 波切除エネルギーの供給源に前記ワイヤを接続する、請求項1に記載のデバイス 。 11.前記支持体が軸を有し、かつ可撓性である請求項1に記載のデバイスであ って、 該支持体中の要素であって、該支持体を軸に対して曲げ、そしてそれとともに 細長い電極のアレイを曲げる、要素、 をさらに備える、デバイス。 12.前記細長い電極が、第1の細長い電極を規定する請求項1に記載のデバイ スであって、 隣接する巻線中の前記支持体のまわりに巻かれた第2のワイヤであって、該支 持体に接続する少なくとも1つのエッジ部分、および該少なくとも1つのエッジ 部分から間隔を置いて離れて配置されるその他の部分を有する第2の細長い電極 を形成し、該隣接する巻線が、該少なくとも1つのエッジ近傍で、該第2の細長 い電極その他の部分に沿ってよりも近接して間隔を置いて配置され、該第1およ び第2の細長い電極が2つの互いに間隔を置いて離れて配置された細長い電極の アレイを形成する、デバイス。 13.前記連結部が、前記細長い電極の中央領域に連結される信号ワイヤを備え る、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
