Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アルミナ系の研磨粒子において、その重量の5%から95%の細かく分散した アルミナ水和物とその重量の5%から95%の珪酸ナトリウムの混合物で主として 構成される被膜を有することを特徴とする研磨粒子。 2.請求の範囲1に記載の研磨粒子において、被膜が粒子の重量の0.1%から5 %にあたることを特徴とする研磨粒子。 3.請求の範囲1または2のいずれか一つに記載の研磨粒子において、電気溶解 された褐色または白色の鋼玉から成ることを特徴とする研磨粒子。 4.請求の範囲1または2のいずれか一つに記載の研磨粒子において、焼結ボー キサイトまたはアルミナから成ることを特徴とする研磨粒子。 5.あらかじめ糊付けされた布または紙に請求の範囲1から4のいずれか一つに 記載の研磨粒子を付着させて実現した研磨布または研磨紙。 6.樹脂の中に請求の範囲1から4のいずれか一つに記載の研磨粒子を混入して 実現した砥石。 7.研磨粒子の処理方法において、 ・酸性の媒質内で珪酸ナトリウム溶液とアルミナ水和物のコロイド溶液の混合に よってゲルを調製する過程と、 ・粒子の重量の0.1%から5%の間の量で研磨粒子をこのゲルで被覆する過程と 、 ・被覆された粒子を100℃から500℃の間で乾燥させる過程: とから成る方法。 8.請求の範囲7に記載の方法において、アルミナ水和物がベーマイトの形の一 水和物であることを特徴とする方法。 9.請求の範囲7または8のいずれか一つに記載の方法において、酸性溶液が重 量で0.5%から30%の硝酸、酢酸または過塩素酸であることを特徴とする方法。
