Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)(i)分析されるべき血液検体が入っている血液サンプル容器を受 け取るための手段(21)と、(ii)前記血液サンプル容器から前記血液検体 の第一割り当て分と第二割り当て分を吸引するための手段(32)と、(iii )血液検体の成分を決定するために前記第一血液検体割り当て分を分析する手段 (22)とを備える、血液検体の成分を決定するために血液検体を分析するため の血液分析装置(20)と、 (b)顕微鏡スライドに個々の血液の滴量を選択的に分注するための前記吸引 手段(32)に作動的に接続されている血液滴分注器(41)と、前記顕微鏡ス ライドに血液スミアを作成するために顕微鏡スライドに分注された血液滴を塗り 付けるための塗布手段(42)とを備える、個々の顕微鏡スライドに血液スミア を自動的に作成するためのスライド作成装置(40)と、 (c)前記吸引手段(32)と前記血液滴分注器(41)との間に流体流路を 形成する導管手段(63)からなる、前記第二血液検体割り当て分を前記吸引手 段(32)から前記血液滴分注器(41)へ輸送するための手段と、前記第二血 液検体割り当て分が前記流体流路に沿って流れるように強制するための制御手段 (68)とを備える、前記血液分析装置と前記スライド作成装置を相互接続して いる検体輸送手段とからなる、自動血液分析システム。 2.前記第二検体割り当て分が前記サンプル容器内において前記第一検体割り 当て分と実質的に同じ位置から吸引される、請求項1に記載の発明。 3.血球が前記流路において反対方向に動くときに、前記第二血液検体割り当 て分を構成する前記血球の掻き回すような乱雑な運動 を引き起こすように前記流体流路が形成されている、請求項1に記載の発明。 4.前記流体流路が螺旋状に形成されている、請求項3に記載の発明。 5.前記輸送手段(60)が、前記第一検体割り当て分を吸引するのと同じ吸 引手段を使用して、サンプル容器から前記第二検体割り当て分を吸引する、請求 項1に記載の発明。 6.前記強制手段(68)が前記第二血液検体割り当て分を前記流体流路に沿 って順逆方向に流させる、請求項1に記載の発明。 7.血液サンプルが容器から吸引され、特定の血液の特性を検出するために分 析され、前記サンプルの血液スミアが顕微鏡スライドに作成される、血液スミア を作成する方法であって、 a)前記サンプル容器の同じ部分から次々と第一血液サンプル及び第二血液サ ンプルを吸引するステップと、 b)前記特性を検出するために前記第一血液サンプルを分析するステップと、 c)前記第一血液サンプルが分析される間、前記第二血液サンプルの同質性及 び細胞特性を保管して保つステップと、 d)前記第一血液サンプルの分析の結果に応じて、前記第二血液サンプルの血 液スミアを選択的に作成するステップとからなる、血液スミアを作成する方法。 8.前記保管ステップが、前記第一血液サンプルが分析される間、前記第二血 液サンプルを動いた状態に維持するステップからなる、請求項7に記載の方法。 9.前記保管ステップの間、前記第二血液サンプルが導管の中で継続的にそれ ぞれ反対の方向に進められる、請求項8に記載の方法。 10.前記第二血液サンプルの血球に連続的に掻き回すような乱雑な運動をさ せるために、前記導管が螺旋形状を有している、請求項8に記載の方法。
