Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 人間の体内に挿入された物体の位置を確認する方法であって、 最初に物体から信号を受けることによって前記物体の位置に依存するパラメー ターべクトルの最初の値を測定する工程と、 後に前記物体から信号を受けることによって前記べクトルの第2の値を測定し 、前記最初の値の所定範囲内に前記第2の値があるかどうか決定する工程を含む 方法。 2. 前記第2の値に応答して前記物体の使用を制御する工程を含む請求項1に 記載の方法。 3. 前記物体の使用を制御する工程が、第2の値を測定し、前記所定範囲内に 前記第2の値があることを決定した後、所定の期間のみ前記物体を使用させる工 程を含む請求項2に記載の方法。 4. 前記物体の使用を制御する工程が、医療チューブによる流体の流れを制御 する工程を含む請求項3に記載の方法。 5. 前記最初の値と第2の値を測定する工程が前記コイルの電流に応答して コンデンサーを充電し、放電する工程を含む請求項31に記載の方法。 35. 患者の体内の物体の位置を確認するための確認装置であって、前記装置 は学習モードと試験モードを有し、 その位置に応答して前記物体から信号を受ける受信機と、 前記信号からパラメーターべクトルを得る信号分析回路部品と、 前記学習モードで前記信号分析回路部品から受けた前記パラメーターべクトル の学習値を記録するメモリーと、 前記試験モードで前記信号分析回路部品から受けた前記パラメーターべクトル の試験値を受け、前記試験値が前記学習値の所定範囲内にあるかどうか決定し、 それによって前記物体の位置を確認するプロセッサーを含む確認装置。 36. 前記試験値が所定範囲内にあるか無いかに依存する確認信号を供給する 出力を含む請求項35に記載の装置。 37. 前記試験モードで前記プロセッサーから前記確認信号を受け、その信号 に応答して前記物体の使用を可能にするゲートを含む請求項36に記載の装置。 38. 前記試験モードで前記試験値が所定範囲内にあるかどうかを前記装置の ユーザーに知らせるユーザーインターフェースを含む請求項35に記載の装置。 39. コイル内に誘導された電流を前記センサーにより測定する請求項43に記載の装 置。 45. 前記少なくとも1本の受信機コイルが前記電磁場送信機としても作用す る請求項44に記載の装置。 46. 前記少なくとも1本の受信機コイルが複数のコイルを含む請求項44に 記載の装置。 47. 前記複数のコイルが、相互に離れた複数の受信機要素を含み、前記要素 プを含む請求項62又は63に記載の装置。 65. 前記注入ポンプが、流体をチューブに挿入する時はいつも前記確認の作 動を開始する請求項64に記載の装置。 66. 前記試験値が前記学習値の所定範囲内にあることを前記装置が定期的に 確認し、前記試験値が前記所定範囲内にある限り作動するように制御される注入 ポンプを含む請求項62又は63に記載の装置。 67. 流体を患者の体内に制御可能に挿入するための装置であって、 前記患者の体内に挿入するための医療チューブと、前記体のチューブの位置を 示す信号を発生する、前記チューブに取り付けられた位置センサーとからなる制 御された注入装置と、 前記信号に基づいて前記センサーの位置の確認に応答して前記チューブに流す ゲート制御弁を含む装置。 68. 前記位置センサーが受動トランスポンダーからなる請求項62又は67 に記載の装置。 69. 前記位置センサーが、患者の体の外部で装置に無線接続されている請求 項68に記載の装置。 70. 前記位置センサーが少なくとも1本のコイルを含む請求項69に記載の 装置。 71. 前記位置センサーが1本のコイルを含む請求項70に記載の装置。 72. 前記位置センサーが、前記コイルを介して充電されるように連結された コンデンサーを含む請求項70に記載の装置。 73.
