Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式 を有するランダムブロックコポリマであって、 R1は−CH=CH−または(−CH2−)jであり、jは零または1乃至8の 整数であり、R2は水素、18個以下の炭素原子を含む直鎖および枝分れアルキ ルおよびアルキルアリール基並びに前記コポリマに共有結合された生物学的およ び薬学的活性化合物の誘導体よりなる群から選ばれ、 各R3は、4個以下の炭素原子を含むアルキレン基から独立して選ばれ、 yは約5乃至約3000であり、 fは前記コポリマの酸化アルキレンのモル分率パーセントであって約1乃至約 99モルパーセントの範囲にあることを特徴とするランダムブロックコポリマ。 2.R1は−CH2−CH2−であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の ランダムブロックコポリマ。 3.R2はエチル、ブチル、ヘキシルおよびオクチル基よりなる群から選ばれる 直鎖アルキル基であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のランダムブロ ックコポリマ。 4.R2はヘキシル基であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項に記載のランダ ムブロックコポリマ。 5.R3はエチレンであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のランダム ブロックコポリマ。 6.yは約20乃至約200であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の ランダムブロックコポリマ。 7.fは約5乃至約95モルパーセントであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項に記載のランダムブロックコポリマ。 8.請求の範囲第1項に記載のランダムブロックコポリマを特徴とする移植医療 装置。 9.前記装置の表面に前記ランダムブロックコポリマをコーティングすることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の移植医療装置。 10.生物学的または生理学的に活性な化合物を前記ランダムブロックコポリマ と組み合わせ、前記活性化合物は治療に有効な部位特定または全身薬剤配給に十 分な量存在することを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の移植医療装置。 11.前記生物学的または生理学的に活性な化合物は前記コポリマに共有結合さ れていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項に記載の移植医療装置。 12.請求の範囲第1項に記載のランダムブロックコポリマを主成分とし、外科 接着防止用のバリヤとして使用するシートの形態をなすことを特徴とする移植医 療装置。 13.請求の範囲第1項に記載のランダムブロックコポリマと組み合わせた治療 有効量の生物学的または生理学的に活性な化合物を特徴とする移植薬剤配給装置 を所要の場合に患者の身体に移植することを特徴とする部位特定または全身薬剤 配給方法。 14.前記生物学的または生理学的に活性な化合物は前記コポリマに共有結合さ れていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第13項に記載の方法。 15.請求の範囲第1項に記載のランダムブロックコポリマを主成分とするシー トを損傷を受けた組織間にバリヤとして挿入することを特徴とする損傷組織間の 接着防止方法。 16.ジカルボン酸とチロシン誘導ジフェノールおよびポリ(酸化アルキレン) とのランダムブロックコポリマとして重合され、かつ、等モル組み合わせ量の前 記ジフェノールおよび前記ポリ(酸化アルキレン)を前記ジフェノール対前記ポ リ(酸化アルキレン)のモル比を約1:99乃至約99:1にして前記ジカルボ ン酸と反応させ、 前記ジカルボン酸は、 の構造を有し、 Rは18個以下の炭素原子を含む飽和および不飽和の置換および未置換アルキ ル、アリールおよびアルキルアリール基よりなる群から選ばれ、前記チロシル誘 導ジフェノールは の構造を有し、 R1は−CH=CH−または(−CH2−)jであり、jは零または1乃至8の 整数であり、R2は水素、18個以下の炭素原子を含む直鎖および枝分れアルキ ルおよびアルキルアリール基並びに前記コポリマに共有結合された生物学的およ び薬学的活性化合物の誘導体よりなる群から選ばれ、 前記ポリ(酸化アルキレン)は、 (−O−R3−)y の構造を有し、 各R3は、4個以下の炭素原子を含むアルキレン基から独立して選ばれ、yは 約5乃至約3000であることを特徴とするポリアリーレート。
