Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.複数の偏向可能ミラー有するアレイを含む変形可能ミラー装置と、複数の偏 向可能ミラー有する前記アレイ上に光を向けるための手段とを含む表示システム において、前記偏向可能ミラーが選択した波長帯内の光を表示表面に向けられる ように少なくとも一部が分離した経路に沿って異なる波長帯内の光が前記変形可 能ミラー装置に向けられることを特徴とする表示システム。 2.前記ミラーのうちの少なくとも1つの選択肢が少なくとも2通りの異なる向 きの間で偏向可能であり、前記表示システムが、少なくとも2通りの異なる波長 帯内の光で前記ミラーの選択肢のそれぞれを照射するための手段を含み、前記表 示表面に向かって第1の向きになっている間に第1の波長帯の光が前記ミラーか ら反射し、前記表示表面に向かって第2の向きになっている間に第2の波長帯の 光が前記ミラーの選択肢から反射するように、前記ミラーの選択肢が配置されて いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示システム。 3.少なくとも2通りの異なる波長帯内の光を反射するように配置されていない 前記アレイ内のミラーが、前記アレイを横切る対角線パターン状に配置されてい ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示システム。 4.前記変形可能ミラーのアレイが複数のミラー・グループに分割され、各ミラ ー・グループ内の各ミラーが1通りまたは複数通りの異なる波長帯内の光を前記 表示表面に向けるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示 システム。 5.2つの別々の光源からの光を前記第1の変形可能ミラー装置の前記ミラー上 に順次向けるように配置された第2の変形可能ミラー装置を含むことを特徴とす る請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の表示システム。 6.前記第2の変形可能ミラー装置用の前記別々の光源の1つを構成するように 2つの別々の光源からの光を前記第2の変形可能ミラー装置の前記ミラー上に順 次向けるために有効な第3の変形可能ミラー装置を含むことを特徴とする請求項 5に記載の表示システム。 7.特定の波長帯内の光を反射するために有効なミラー要素の数が他の波長帯の ミラー要素の数より多くなるようにミラー要素が配置されていることを特徴とす る請求項4に記載の表示システム。 8.光を向けるための前記手段が複数波長光源を含み、前記特定の波長帯が前記 光源が発生した光で不完全な波長帯に対応することを特徴とする請求項7に記載 の表示システム。 9.前記特定の波長帯が緑色光の波長帯であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載 の表示システム。 10.前記アレイを横切る1つの方向にアスペクト比を増加するように前記ミラ ー・グループが配置され、前記アスペクト比が増加される方向に対して直交する 方向に前記表示表面上に投射された光ビームのサイズを増加するために有効な非 晶質レンズを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の表示システム。 11.異なる波長帯内の光を異なる方向に偏向するように前記ミラーのすべてが 配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表示システム。 12.3通りの異なる波長帯内の光を3通りの方向に偏向するように前記ミラー の選択肢が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表示システム。 13.異なる波長帯の光を2通りの異なる方向に偏向するように前記ミラーの少 なくとも一部が配置され、前記2通りの異なる偏向方向用のミラーの回転軸が実 質的に直交することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表示システム。 14.添付図面の図3〜図17に関連して実質的に記載した表示システム。 15.請求項1ないし14のいずれか一項に記載の表示システムと、表示表面と を含むことを特徴とする投射システム。 16.複数の偏向可能ミラー有するアレイを含む変形可能ミラー装置上に光を向 けるステップであって、前記偏向可能ミラーが選択した波長帯内の光を表示表面 に向けられるように少なくとも一部が分離した経路に沿って異なる波長帯内の光 が前記変形可能ミラー装置に向けられるステップを含むことを特徴とする表示方 法。
