Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 電気的駆動装置機構における挟み込み状況の識別用装置であって、前記電 気的駆動装置機構は、例えば、車両内における窓持上−及びスライド屋根−装置 に対して設けられている当該の装置において、 挟み込み状況の識別のための尺度量としてモータ(1)の電機子内に誘起され た電圧(Uind)が使用され、当該の誘起された電圧(Uind)が、モータ端子に 加わる電圧(Ubat)及びモータ(1)の電機子内を流れる電流(IA)から求め られるように構成されていることを特徴とする電気的駆動装置機構における挟み 込み状況の識別用装置。 2. 誘起された電圧(Uind)は、モータ端子に加わる電圧(Ubat)と、積と の差として求められ、前記積は、電機子電流(IA)と電機子抵抗(RA)との積 であることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の装置。 3. 電機子抵抗(RA)は、規則的に求められる、例えばモータ(1)の新た な動作毎に求められるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1又は 2記載の装置。 4. 電機子抵抗(RA)は、モータ端子に加わる電圧(Ubat)及びモータ(1 )のブロッキング電流(Iblock)から求められることを特徴とする請求の範囲 3記載の装置。 5. ブロッキング電流(Iblock)は、1つの所定の時点(to)にて測定され た電機子電流(IA)の外挿により求められるように構成されていることを特徴 とする請求の範囲4記載の装置。 6. 電機子内を流れる電流(IA)がシャント抵抗(3)を介して測定され、 場合により増幅され(5)そして、A/D変換器を用いて1つの電流信号にデジ タル化されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1から5までの うちいずれか1項記載の装置。 7. 電機子内を流れる電流(IA)から求められた電流信号(V1)が適合可 能な計算された積分時間を以て積分器(5,7)を用いて平均化され、前記積分 器は、マイクロコントローラにより制御されるように構成されていることを特徴 とする請求の範囲1から6までのうちいずれか1項記載の装置。 8. 電機子内を流れる電流(IA)から求められた電流信号(V1)は複数の コミュテーション周期に亘って、積分される、例えば、3〜5コミュテーション リップルに亘って積分されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲 1から7までのうちいずれか1項記載の装置。 9. 電機子内を流れる電流(IA)から求められた電流信号(V1)の積分は 、或限界値を超えると中断され、求められた値はデジタル化され、記憶され、積 分 が新たに開始され、当該過程は、適合化された所定の全積分時間が経過するまで 継続されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲8又は9記載の装 置。 10.挟み込み防止機能トリガのために、電機子内を流れる電流(IA)が求めら れ、この電機子内を流れる電流(IA)は、実際のトリガの場合は、下式の通り 次のような合成値より大であるべきものであり、即ち、電機子電流(IA)の平 均値と、補正値(UBn−UBn-1)/RAと、トリガ値(IS)とから成る合成値 より大であるべきものであり、前記補正値は、平均化の期間に亘っての給電電圧 の変化を考慮するものである ことを特徴とする請求の範囲1から9までのうちいずれか1項記載の装置。 11.測定された電機子電流値は、メモリ内に、例えばリングバッファ内に記憶さ れ、実際の測定値により、メモリ内のそのつど最も古い、先行の測定値が書き換 えられることを特徴とする請求の範囲10記載の装置。
