Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.高圧下において製品流体を輸送する相対的回転運動が可能な流体流コネクタ での2つの導管間の接合の正常状態をモニタリングするシステムであって、 前記接合のためのシール部材と、 前記シールを作動させるための、前記シールの前記製品流体から離れた側に対 するバリヤ流体供給部と、 前記シールにおける前記バリヤ流体の圧力を検出する圧力センサと、 前記圧力センサが主シールの漏洩を示す圧力変化を検出するとき、二次シール を作動させ、警報信号を生成する手段と、 を含むことを特徴とするモニタリングシステム。 2.請求の範囲1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記バリヤ流体は、前記導管を流 れる前記製品流体の圧力より高い圧力で供給されることを特徴とするモニタリン グシステム。 3.請求の範囲2に記載のシステムにおいて、前記バリヤ流体圧力は2%と10 %の間の範囲で高いことを特徴とするモニタリングシステム。 4.請求の範囲2に記載のシステムにおいて、前記バリヤ流体圧力は3%と6% の間の範囲で高いことを特徴とするモニタリングシステム。 5.請求の範囲1から4のいずれかに記載のシステムにおいて、前記バリヤ流体 供給部は、ポンプと、逆止め弁と、アキュムレータと、前記アキュムレータの状 態をモニタリングし前記アキュムレータ内の流体のレベルが所定のレベルに達す るときは前記ポンプを作動させる手段と、を備えることを特徴とするモニタリン グシステム。 6.請求の範囲1から5のいずれかに記載のシステムにおいて、前記圧力センサ はゲージと流れ制限装置を備えることを特徴とするモニタリングシステム。 7.請求の範囲1から6のいずれかに記載のシステムにおいて、主シール供給部 と独立の前記または各二次シールに対する二次バリヤ流体供給部を含むことを特 徴とするモニタリングシステム。 8.請求の範囲7に記載のシステムにおいて、前記二次バリヤ流体供給部は、す べての前記二次シールに対して共通であることを特徴とするモニタリングシステ ム。 9.請求の範囲1から8のいずれかに記載のシステムが複数であり、各システム が、複数の流体導管間接合の一つをモニタリングする複数システムにおいて、各 接合での前記主シールに対してバリヤ流体供給部が別々に設けられていることを 特徴とするモニタリングシステム。
