- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 主として実質的に均一に分散された球状化された研摩性繊維片にて形成さ れた第一の研摩性平面を有し、前記研摩性繊維片の濃度は前記第一の研摩性平面 よりウェブ材料の反対側の平面へ向けて前記ウェブ材料の厚さを横切って漸次低 下しており、これにより前記ウェブ材料を横切って研摩性繊維片の濃度勾配が与 えられており、前記球状化された研摩性繊維片は前記ウェブ材料の全繊維成分の 実質的に10〜50wt%を構成していることを特徴とする単相研摩性不織繊維ウ ェブ材料。 2. 前記球状化された繊維片はポリオレフィン、ポリエステル、ポリエーテル 、ポリアミド、塩化ポリビニルよりなる群より選択された熱可塑性材料であるこ とを特徴とする請求項1に記載の研摩性不織繊維ウェブ材料。 3. 前記球状化された繊維片はポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリブチレン よりなる群より選択されたポリオレフィンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記 載の研摩性不織繊維ウェブ材料。 4. 前記繊維片は少なくとも実質的に100μmの平均粒径を有し、全繊維含 有量の実質的に20〜40wt%を占めていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 研摩性不織繊維ウェブ材料。 5. 前記ウェブ材料は実質的に30〜85g/mm2の秤量を有し、少なくとも 実質的に400g/25mm の平均 湿潤強さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の研摩性不織繊維ウェブ材料 。 6. 前記ウェブ材料は湿式抄紙不織布であり、前記繊維成分は天然繊維と合成 繊維との混合物であり、前記球状化された繊維片はポリプロピレンであることを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の研摩性不織繊維ウェブ材料。 7. 前記球状化された繊維片は少なくとも実質的に100μmの平均粒径を有 し、実質的に30〜85g/mm2の秤量を有し、少なくとも実質的に400g/ 25mm の平均湿潤強さを有し、300%を超える保水性を有することを特徴と する請求項1に記載の研摩性不織繊維ウェブ材料。 8. 少なくとも実質的に100μmの平均粒径を有する球状化された研摩性繊 維片が実質的に均一に分散された第一の研摩性平面を有する研摩性不織繊維ウェ ブ材料であって、前記ウェブ材料は実質的に20〜110g/m2の範囲の秤量 及び少なくとも200g/25mm の平均湿潤引張り強さを有し、前記球状化さ れた研摩性繊維片は前記ウェブ材料の全繊維含有量の実質的に10〜50wt%を 構成していることを特徴とする研摩性不織繊維ウェブ材料。 9. 前記球状化された繊維片はポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリブチレン よりなる群より選択されたポリオレフィンであることを特徴とする請求項8に記 載の研摩性不織繊維ウェブ材料。 10. 研摩性不織繊維ウェブ材料を形成する方法にして、 第一の平面に細径化された溶融可能な熱可塑性繊維が実質的に均一に分散された 非研摩性不織繊維ウエブ材料を形成する工程と、前記細径化された熱可塑性繊維 を収縮させて形成されるウェブ材料の前記第一の平面に粗い研摩特性を付与する 球状化された繊維片を形成するに十分な温度に前記繊維ウェブ材料を加熱する工 程とを含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 11. 前記非研摩性ウェブ材料を形成する前記工程は、前記細径化された熱可 塑性繊維の分散液を形成する工程と、連続的な非研摩性前駆体ウェブ材料の形態 に前記分散された繊維を堆積させる工程とを含み、前記細径化された熱可塑性繊 維は実質的に1.5〜60dpf の範囲のデニールを有することを特徴とする請求 項10に記載の方法。 12. 前記細径化された溶融可能な熱可塑性繊維はポリオレフィン、ポリエス テル、ポリエーテル、ポリアミド、塩化ポリビニルの重合体、共重合体、それら の混合物よりなる群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 13. 前記細径化された溶融可能な熱可塑性繊維はポリエチレン、ポリプロピ レン、ポリブチレンよりなる群より選択されたポリオレフィンであり、全繊維含 有量の実質的に20〜40wt%を構成していることを特徴とする請求項10に記 載の方法。 14. 前記非研摩性前駆体ウェブ材料は少なくとも前記 熱可塑性繊維がその融点に近づいて該繊維が収縮し球状化し得るようになるまで 加熱中拘束されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 15. 前記非研摩性ウェブ材料を形成する前記工程は、前記細径化された繊維 及び天然繊維の分散液であって、前記細径化された繊維が全繊維含有量の実質的 に10〜50wt%を構成する分散液を形成する工程と、前記細径化された繊維が 上面に近接して高濃度になり、これにより前記上面が前記細径化された繊維が実 質的に均一に分配された状態を呈するようにしつつ前記分散された繊維を連続的 な非研摩性前駆体ウェブ材料の形態に堆積させる工程とを含んでいることを特徴 とする請求項10に記載の方法。 16. 前記前駆体ウェブ材料は前記細径化された繊維の濃度が前記前駆体ウェ ブ材料の上面よりその厚さ方向に漸次低下する濃度勾配を有することを特徴とす る請求項15に記載の方法。 17. 前記細径化された溶融可能な熱可塑性繊維は実質的に1.5〜60dpf の範囲内のデニール及び実質的に5〜15mm の範囲内の長さを有することを特 徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 18. 前記前駆体ウェブ材料は前記熱可塑性繊維がその融点に近づいて該繊維 が収縮し球状化し得るようになるまで通気乾燥により加熱されることを特徴とす る請求項10に記載の方法。 19. 前記研摩性繊維片は少なくとも実質的に100μmの平均粒径を有する ことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
