Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.リン脂質及びオレイン酸塩の溶液中に乳化された少なくとも1種の疎水性 の、水に不溶性且つ水に非分散性のポリマー又はコポリマーを含有して成ること を特徴とする、無菌条件下にろ過可能な安定化されたナノ粒子。 2.活性成分を該ポリマー又はコポリマーとともに導入することを特徴とする 請求の範囲1及び2に記載の無菌条件下にろ過可能な安定化されたナノ粒子。 3.オレイン酸塩がオレイン酸ナトリウムであることを特徴とする請求の範囲 1及び2に記載の無菌条件下にろ過可能な安定化されたナノ粒子。 4.該疎水性の、水に不溶性且つ水に非分散性のポリマー又はコポリマーが、 生物適合性且つ生物分解性ポリマーから選ばれることを特徴とする請求の範囲1 に記載の無菌条件下にろ過可能な安定化されたナノ粒子。 5.該ナノ粒子の95%が100nmより小さい平均直径を有することを特徴 とする請求の範囲1及び2に記載の無菌条件下にろ過可能な安定化されたナノ粒 子。 6.リン脂質及びオレイン酸塩の水性分散液又は溶液を調製し、該分散液又は 溶液に、疎水性の、水に不溶性且つ水に非分散性のポリマー又はコポリマー及び 適当ならば活性成分を含有して成る非混和性有機相を加え、しかる後プレエマル ションを調製し、そして混合物を均一化及び有機溶媒の蒸発に付し、次いで得ら れた懸濁液を場合によりろ過しそして場合により凍結乾燥することを特徴とする 、請求の範囲1〜5の1つ に記載のナノ粒子の製造方法。 7.滅菌ろ過の後無菌である組成物の調製のための請求の範囲1〜5の1つに 記載の安定化されたナノ粒子の使用。 8.安定化されたナノ粒子が滅菌ろ過操作を受けていることを特徴とする無菌 品質の請求の範囲1〜5の1つに記載の安定化されたナノ粒子。 9.滅菌ろ過が減少する多孔度のろ過器でカスケードで行われることを特徴と する、請求の範囲8に記載の安定化されたナノ粒子。 10.凍結乾燥されていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜5、8及び9の 1つに記載の無菌条件下にろ過可能な安定化されたナノ粒子。 11.安定化されたナノ粒子が滅菌ろ過、凍結乾燥及び再溶解操作を受けてい ることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜5、8及び9の1つに記載の無菌条件下に ろ過可能な安定化されたナノ粒子。 12.場合により1種又は1種より多くの相溶性の且つ製薬学的に許容しうる 賦形剤又はアジュバントと組み合わされている、請求の範囲1〜5、8及び9の 1つに記載のナノ粒子から成る製薬学的組成物。
