Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも一種の多孔性耐火性金属酸化物を含み、その表面に少なくと も1つのハロゲンが存在するアルキル化触媒において、前記触媒はさらに0.0 05乃至1重量%の元素周期律表のIA族またはIIA族に属する少なくとも一 種の金属を含有する事を特徴とする触媒。 2. 多孔性耐火性金属酸化物はアルミナである事を特徴とする請求項1に記 載の触媒。 3. 前記ハロゲンは塩素である事を特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれか に記載の触媒。 4. 2乃至10重量%、好ましくは3乃至8重量%の範囲内の塩素を含有す る事を特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の触媒。 5. 0.05重量%乃至0.5重量%の周期律表のIA族およびIIA族の グループに属する少なくとも1つの金属を含有する事を特徴とする請求項1乃至 4のいずれかに記載の触媒。 6. 前記金属はリチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、セシウム、マグネシウム およびバリウムから成るグループから選定される事を特徴とする請求項1乃至5 のいずれかに記載の触媒。 7. − 元素周期律表のIA族およびIIA族に属する少なくとも1つの金 属の塩をもって、多孔性耐火性金属酸化物担体を乾式でまたは前記塩の水溶液に よって予含浸する段階と、 − このように含浸された担体を場合によっては乾燥する段階と、 − この担体をか焼する段階と、 − 最後に前記担体の塩素化を実施する段階とを含む事を特徴とする請 求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の触媒の製法。 8. アルキル化方法において前項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の触媒を使用す る方法。 9. アルキル化反応が−20℃乃至100℃の範囲内、好ましくは−5℃乃 至35℃の範囲内の温度で実施される事を特徴とする請求項1乃至6に記載の触 媒を使用して軽質オレフィンによってイソブテンをアルキル化する方法。 10. 触媒重量単位あたり、毎時、触媒上を通過するオレフィン重量で表わ される時間空間速度が0.001乃至10h-1の範囲内、好ましくは、0.05乃至3h-1 の範囲内に含まれる事を特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 11. イソブテンとオレフィンとのモル比が1乃至100の範囲内にある事 を特徴とする請求項9または10のいずれかに記載の方法。 12. 軽質オレフィンがブテンである事を特徴とする請求項9乃至11のい ずれかに記載の方法。
