Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一つの成分が導電性ポリマーであり、 もう一つの成分が 導電性ポリマーが導電型であるときに導電性ポリマーの電荷と釣り合うイオン 性官能基Aと、 ポリマー材料の化学的および物理的性質を改変する非イオン性官能基Rと を含むコポリマーである、 二つ以上のポリマー成分を含むポリマー複合体を含む防食性ポリマー材料。 2.導電性ポリマーが、ポリアニリン、ポリピロール、ポリチオフェン、ポリ( フェニレンスルフィド)、ポリ(p−フェニレン)、ポリ(フェニレン−ビニレ ン)、ポリ(フリレン−ビニレン)、ポリ(カルバゾール)、ポリ(チエニレン −ビニレン)、ポリアセチレン、ポリ(イソチアナフテン)ならびにこれらの置 換体などのポリマーからなる群から選ばれる、請求項1に記載の材料。 3.イオン性官能基Aがアニオン性官能基である請求項2に記載の材料。 4.アニオン性官能基が、主としてカルボキシル基およびスルホン酸基からなる 群から選ばれ、導電性ポリマーがポリアニリンである請求項3に記載の材料。 5.官能基Rが、アクリル酸メチル、アクリル酸エチル、アクリルアミド、メチ ルビニルエーテル、エチルビニルエーテル、水素、メタンまたはCn H2n-1(た だしn=2〜10)からなる群から選ばれる、請求項1に記載の材料。 6.アルミニウムおよび鋼からなる群から選ばれ、基板上に被覆された請求項1 に記載のポリマー材料を含むコーティング・システム。 7.エポキシド、ポリウレタン、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリアラミド、ポリ アクリレート、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、アクリ ル酸−エチレン−コポリマー、アクリル酸−プロピレン−コポリマーからなる群 から選ばれた材料とブレンドされた請求項1に記載のポリマーを含むコーティン グ組成物。 8.アルミニウムおよび鋼からなる群から選ばれ、基板の上に被覆された請求項 1のポリマー材料と、 そのポリマー材料上に被覆されるエポキシド、ポリウレタン、ポリアミド、ポ リイミド、ポリアラミド、ポリアクリレート、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリエチ レン、ポリプロピレン、アクリル酸−エチレン−コポリマー、アクリル酸−プロ ピレン−コポリマーとからなる群から選ばれた塗装を含む塗装材料。 9.導電性ポリマーがポリアニリンであり、コポリマーが、アクリル酸−アクリ ル酸メチル−コポリマー、アクリル酸−エチルアクリレート−コポリマー、アク リル酸−アクリルアミド−コポリマー、アクリル酸−メチルビニルエーテル−コ ポリマー、アクリル酸−エチルビニルエーテル−コポリマーからなる群から選ば れる、請求項1に記載の防食性ポリマー。
