Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.分割状態で多孔質のSiC材料を含み、前記材料が酸素供与体酸化物表層を 含む触媒支持体。 2.前記酸素供与体酸化物は元素周期表3列目の望ましくは希土類の金属の少な くとも1つの酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の支持体。 3.酸素供与体酸化物はセリウムの酸化物又は希土類の混合物の酸化物であるこ とを特徴とする請求項2に記載の支持体。 4.酸素供与体酸化物は周期表の7,8,9,10,11列目で5ないし6行目 に同時に属する金属の少なくとも1つ望ましくはPt,Rh,Pdの酸化物であ ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の支持体。 5.酸素供与体酸化物/SiC比が1%を越え望ましくはSiC支持体に対する 重量比で10%から50%の間にある請求項1から4までに記載の支持体。 6.前記分割状態のSiC材料は少なくとも比表面積が5平方メートル/グラム のSiC発泡体である請求項1から5までのいずれか1つに記載の支持体。 7.酸素供与体酸化物の表層は、前記酸化物の安定剤を前記酸素供与体酸化物に 対する相対含量で0.1重量%〜5重量%含む請求項1から6までのいずれか1 つに記載の支持体。 8.前記安定剤は元素Si,Al,Mg,Ca,Zr又はLa、および/または それらの酸化物:硅石、アルミナ、酸化マグネシウム、石灰、ジルコニア、及び ランタンの酸 化物の中から選択される請求項7に記載の支持体。 9.比表面積が前記の分割状態のSiC材料の比表面積の1.5から4倍の間に 含まれる請求項1から8までのいずれか1つに記載の支持体。 10.5から100μmのマクロポアの範囲と0.007から0.5μmのメゾ ポアの範囲に、2つのピークを持つ気孔スペクトルを示す請求項1から9までの いずれか1つに記載の支持体。 11.a)酸素供与体酸化物前駆体溶液を調製し、 b)前記溶液で分割状態の前記SiC材料を含浸し、 c)余剰な前記溶液を分離し、 d)少なくとも前記前駆体の分解温度に以上で、前記酸化物の焼結温度以下の 温度で、前記分割状態にあるSiC材料上に前記酸化物の層を形成するように前 記含浸材料をか焼する、 請求項1から10までのいずれか1つに記載の支持体の製造方法。 12.前記溶液が水溶液であり前記前駆体は水溶性のセリウム塩である請求項1 1に記載の方法。 13.前記セリウム塩は望ましくはセリウム硝酸塩である請求項12に記載の方 法。 14.前記溶液の余剰分を遠心分離によって分離する請求項11から13までの いずれか1つに記載の方法。 15.セリウム酸化物/SiCの比を変化させるために、方法のステップa)に おいて、20重量%から前記溶液に前記前駆体が溶解する飽和限界の間が望まし いセリウム酸化 物前駆体の前記溶液の濃度を変更する、および/または、方法のステップc)で 前記余剰溶液をかなり大量に分離する請求項12から13までのいずれか1つに 記載の方法。 16.請求項1から10までのいずれか1つに記載の前記触媒支持体上に溶着し た触媒に活性のある1つまたは複数の元素を含む活性触媒相を含む触媒システム 。 17.前記活性触媒相は排気ガス処理用の触媒システムを形成するように、白金 および/またはパラジウムとロジウムとを含む請求項16に記載の触媒システム 。 18.前記触媒システムの白金含有重量は0.05から3%の間に含まれ前記触 媒システムのロジウム含有重量は0.01から3%の間に含まれる請求項17に 記載の触媒システム。 19.前記支持体上での最終Pt/Rh比が3から6の間に含まれることを特徴 とする請求項17又は18のいずれか一つに記載の触媒システム。 20.1)前駆体溶液から、周知の何らかの方法により、前記触媒支持体上に1 つ又は複数の触媒に活性である元素を含む前記活性相を溶着させる、 2)望ましくは脱水または遠心分離により前記溶液の余剰分を前記触媒支持体 から分離する、 3)前記前駆体の分解温度より高い温度で、前記前駆体溶液を溶着させた前記 触媒支持体を熱処理して、触媒活性のある1つ又は複数の元素を含む前記触媒相 を形成する、 ステップを含む請求項16から18までのいずれか1つに記載の前記触媒シス テムの製造方法。 21.前記活性元素は白金及びロジウムであり前記活性元素の前駆体溶液として はクロロ白金酸H2PtCl6溶液、又は白金IIアミンPt(NH3)2Cl2溶 液、及び塩酸、 硝酸、硫酸から選択した酸化数+3のロジウム塩の溶液が望ましい請求項20に 記載の方法。 22.前記ステップ1)において、前記酸素供与体酸化物の水和物の等電点より 各々高く又は低く前記溶液のpHを選択することにより表面をプラス又はマイナ スに帯電させてある前記触媒支持体上に、溶液中のアニオン又はカチオンの形で 活性元素を吸収することにより前記溶着を行なうのが望ましい請求項20から2 1のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 23.活性元素の前記含有重量を変化させるためには、前駆体溶液中で活性元素 の前駆体の濃度を変更する、および/または、方法の前記ステップ2)において かなり大量の前記余剰分を分離する請求項20から22までのいずれか1つに記 載の方法。 24.請求項16から19までの触媒システムに含まれる、又は請求項20から 23までの方法によって得られる、又は請求項1から10までに記載の支持体に 溶着された、又は請求項11から15までに記載の方法から得られる貴金属を主 成分とする触媒相の回収方法において、前記触媒相でコーティングされている前 記触媒システム又は前記支持体を大まかに粉砕し、高温高濃度の酸で浸出し、次 に瀘過することで処理し、直接の再利用が可能な貴金属の溶液を得ることを特徴 とする回収方法。
