Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.約1.0 から約3.0 までの範囲内の置換度を有する澱粉エステル、および平均長 さが約75ミクロンから約750 ミクロンまでの範囲であり、平均直径が約10ミクロ ンから80ミクロンまでの範囲であり、L/D が約3 から60までの範囲であるセルロ ース製微小繊維を組成物の約5 重量%から約50重量%までの範囲で含有する熱可 塑性組成物。 2.熱可塑性組成物は大豆油、エポキシド化大豆油、脂肪酸類、エポキシド化脂肪 酸類および低分子量直鎖脂肪族ポリエステル類から成る群から選ばれるものを含 有することを特徴とする請求項1の熱可塑性組成物。 3.澱粉が少なくとも50重量%アミロースであることを特徴とする請求項1の熱可 塑性組成物。 4.澱粉エステルがエステル基が2-18個の炭素を含有するものであることを特徴と する請求項1の熱可塑性組成物。 5.澱粉エステルが約1.5 から約2.8 の置換度(DS)を有することを特徴とする 請求項1の熱可塑性組成物。 6.澱粉エステルが澱粉とカルボン酸ハロゲン化物、酸無水物またはビニルエステ ルとの反応から得られることを特徴とする請求項1の熱可塑性組成物。 7.セルロース繊維が天然繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1の熱可塑性組成物 。 8.セルロース繊維の平均の長さが100 ミクロンから300 ミクロンまでの範囲内で あることを特徴とする請求項1の熱可塑性組成物。 9.可塑剤を含有することを特徴とする請求項1の熱可塑性組成物。 10.置換度(DS)が約1 から約3 までの範囲内である澱粉エステルを湿潤剤で 処理した微小繊維と完全に混合することから成る、優れた加工性を有する熱可塑 性組成物を調製する方法。 11.請求項1 の組成物から作られた製品。 12.請求項5 の組成物から作られた製品。 13.請求項8 の組成物から作られた製品。 14.請求項9 の組成物から作られた製品。
