- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ペルオキシダーゼと共有結合した微粒子炭素。 2. 微粒子炭素が天然の微粒子炭素であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 組成物。 3. 微粒子炭素が二官能試薬で誘導体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の組成物。 4. 二官能試薬がジアミンであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の組成物。 5. ジアミンがポリ(オキシアルキレン)ジアミンであることを特徴とする請 求項4に記載の組成物。 6. 微粒子炭素が炭素又は炭素触媒であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 組成物。 7. 微粒子炭素が炭素含有導電性化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記 載の化合物。 8. 微粒子炭素は炭素であり、ペルオキシダーゼはミクロペルオキシダーゼで あることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の組成物。 9. 微粒子炭素が天然の微粒子炭素であることを特徴とする 請求項8に記載の組成物。 10. ペルオキシダーゼの金属部分が、鉄、ニッケル又は亜鉛を含むように改 変されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 11. 樹脂マトリックスを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物 。 12. サンプル中の被検物質の測定用電極であって、導電性表面に閉じ込めら れた、ペルオキシダーゼと結合した微粒子炭素を含むことを特徴とする該電極。 13. 微粒子炭素が天然の微粒子炭素であることを特徴とする請求項12に記 載の電極。 14. ペルオキシダーゼがミクロペルオキシダーゼであることを特徴とする請 求項13に記載の電極。 15. ペルオキシダーゼと結合した微粒子炭素が樹脂マトリックスに閉じ込め られていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の電極。 16. 試験サンプル中の、問題の被検物質の測定方法であって、サンプルを、 ペルオキシダーゼと結合した微粒子炭素と接触させ、サンプル中の被検物質量の 定量的又は定性的測定法と して電位の変化を検出することを特徴とする該方法。 17. 微粒子炭素が天然の炭素であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方 法。 18. ペルオキシダーゼがミクロペルオキシダーゼであることを特徴とする請 求項17に記載の方法。 19. ペルオキシダーゼと結合した微粒子炭素が導電性表面に閉じ込められて いることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。 20. ペルオキシダーゼと結合した微粒子炭素が樹脂マトリックスに閉じ込め られていることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。 21. 被検物質がグルコース又はラクトースであることを特徴とする請求項1 6に記載の方法。
