Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.配列番号1のヌクレオチド配列を有する単離DNA分子。 2.5'から3'の方向において、転写開始領域と、該転写開始領域の下流に位 置し、かつ、該転写開始領域と機能上関連している少なくとも一の構造遺伝子と 、該転写開始領域に対して5'側または該構造遺伝子に対して3'側の何れかに位 置する配列番号1のスカフォード付着領域とを含んでなるDNA構成物。 3.5'から3'の方向において、配列番号1の第一のスカフォード付着領域と 、転写開始領域と、該転写開始領域の下流に位置し、かつ、該転写開始領域と機 能上関連している少なくとも一の構造遺伝子と、配列番号1の第二のスカフォー ド付着領域とを含んでなる請求項2に記載のDNA構成物。 4.植物形質転換ベクターに担持されている請求項2に記載のDNA構成物。 5.アグロバクテリウム・ツュメファシエンス(Agrobacterium tumefaciens) の植物形質転換ベクターに担持されている請求項2に記載のDNA構成物。 6.請求項2に記載のDNA構成物を含有する植物細胞。 7.請求項2に記載のDNA構成物を含有する双子葉植物細胞。 8.請求項2に記載のDNA構成物を含有する単子葉植物細胞。 9.請求項2に記載のDNA構成物を含有する裸子植物細胞。 10.5'から3'の方向において、植物細胞中で機能する転写開始領域と、該 転写開始領域の下流に位置し、かつ、該転写開始領域と機能上関連している少な くとも一の構造遺伝子と、該転写開始領域に対して5'側または該構造遺伝子に 対して3'側の何れかに位置する配列番号1のスカフォード付着領域とを含んで なるヘテロDNA構成物を含有する形質転換植物細胞を含む組換え植物。 11.構成物が5'から3'の方向において、配列番号1の第一のスカフォード 付着領域と、転写開始領域と、該転写開始領域の下流に位置し、かつ、該転写開 始領域と 機能上関連している少なくとも一の構造遺伝子と、配列番号1の第二のスカフォ ード付着領域とを含んでなる請求項10に記載の組換え植物。 12.上記構成物が、上記構造遺伝子の下流に位置し、かつ、上記構造遺伝子 と機能上関連している終結配列をさらに含み、該終結配列が上記第二のスカフォ ード付着領域に対して5'側に位置している請求項11に記載の組換え植物。 13.植物が単子葉植物である請求項10に記載の組換え植物。 14.植物が双子葉植物である請求項10に記載の組換え植物。 15.植物がタバコ、ジャガイモ、大豆、ピーナッツ、綿、セイヨウアブラナ および野菜類からなる群から選ばれる双子葉植物である請求項10に記載の組換 え植物。 16.植物が裸子葉植物である請求項10に記載の組換え植物。 17.植物体を再生可能な植物細胞を準備するステップと、 5'から3'の方向において、転写開始領域と、該転写開始領域の下流に位置し 、かつ、該転写開始領域と機能上関連している少なくとも一の構造遺伝子と、該 転写開始領域に対して5'側または該構造遺伝子に対して3'側の何れかに位置す る配列番号1のスカフォード付着領域とを含んでなるDNA構成物により、該植 物細胞を形質転換させるステップと を含む、細胞中で外来遺伝子の発現が増大しているトランスジェニック植物細胞 を調製する方法。 18.構成物が、5'から3'の方向において、配列番号1の第一のスカフォー ド付着領域と、転写開始領域と、該転写開始領域の下流に位置し、かつ、該転写 開始領域と機能上関連する少なくとも一の構造遺伝子と、配列番号1の第二のス カフォード付着領域とを含んでなる請求項17に記載の方法。 19.上記形質転換のステップが、上記の発現カセットを担持する微粒子を上 記植物細胞に打ち込むことによって実施される請求項17に記載の方法。 20.上記形質転換ステップが、アグロバクテリウム・ツュメファシエンス(A grob acterium tumefaciens)による形質転換によって実施される請求項17に記載の 方法。 21.上記植物細胞が、植物体を再生可能な植物組識中に存在する請求項17 に記載の方法。 22.上記形質転換された植物細胞から苗条を再生させるステップをさらに含 む請求項17に記載の方法。 23.上記の形質転換された植物細胞から根を再生させるステップをさらに含 む請求項17に記載の方法。 24.上記の形質転換された植物細胞から植物体を再生させるステップをさら に含む請求項17に記載の方法。 25.上記の植物細胞が単子葉植物細胞である請求項17に記載の方法。 26.上記の植物細胞が双子葉植物細胞である請求項17に記載の方法。 27.上記の植物細胞が裸子植物細胞である請求項17に記載の方法。 28.植物体を再生可能なタバコ植物細胞を準備するステップと、 5'から3'の方向において、植物細胞中で機能する転写開始領域と、該転写開始 領域の下流に位置し、かつ、該転写開始領域と機能上関連している少なくとも一 の構造遺伝子と、該転写開始領域に対して5'側または該構造遺伝子に対して3' 側の何れかに位置する配列番号1のスカフォード付着領域とを含んでなるDNA 構成物により該タバコ植物細胞を形質転換させるステップと を含む、細胞中で外来遺伝子の発現が増大している組換えタバコ植物細胞を調製 する方法。 29.5'から3'の方向において、転写開始領域と、該転写開始領域の下流に 位置し、かつ、該転写開始領域と機能上関連している少なくとも一の構造遺伝子 と、該転写開始領域に対して5'側または該構造遺伝子に対して3'側の何れかに 位置する配列番号1のスカフォード付着領域とを含んでなり、植物形質転換ベク ターにより担持されているDNA構成物。 30.5'から3'の方向において、植物細胞中で機能する転写開始領域と、該 転写開始領域の下流に位置し、かつ、該転写開始領域と機能上関連している少な くとも一の構造遺伝子と、該転写開始領域に対して5'または該構造遺伝子に対 しては3'の何れかに位置する配列番号1のスカフォード付着領域とを含んでな るヘテロDNA構成物を含有する形質転換されたタバコ植物細胞を含む組換えタ バコ植物。
