Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.放出制御用のシステムであって、 インテリアを規定する壁を有する容器と、 該容器の該インテリア内の生成物と、 該容器の該インテリア内の装置であって、該装置がインテリアを規定する壁を 有し、該容器の該インテリア内に自立している装置と、 該装置の該インテリア内の成分であって、該生成物が該成分との混合を要する 成分と、 該装置の該インテリアを密閉する第1のプラグ部材であって、該インテリアが 、該成分を該容器内の該生成物との混合のために保持する、第1のプラグ部材と を有する、システム。 2.前記第1のプラグ部材が、温度変化によって形状を変える材料により構成さ れる、請求項1に記載のシステム。 3.前記第1のプラグ部材が、圧力変化によって、前記装置内における該プラグ 部材の位置を変えるような形状に設計される、請求項1に記載のシステム。 4.前記第1のプラグ部材から離れた前記装置の一端部を密閉するキャップ部材 をさらに有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 5.前記キャップ部材と前記第1のプラグ部材との中間に配置される第2のプラ グ部材をさらに有し、該第2プラグ部材が前記装置の前記インテリア内部にある 、請求項4に記載のシステム。 6.前記第2のプラグ部材が、圧力変化によって前記装置内における位置を変え るような形状に設計される、請求項5に記載のシステム。 7.前記成分が、透析手法に用いられる緩衝液である、請求項1に記載のシステ ム。 8.前記生成物が、ブドウ糖を含む溶液である、請求項1に記載のシステム。 9.放出の制御方法であって、 生成物を内部に保持し得るインテリアを有する容器を提供する工程と、 物質を提供する工程と、 装置に該物質を満たす工程と、 該物質を該装置に封入する工程と、 該自立型装置を該容器の該インテリア内に配没する工程と、 該容器に適用される条件を変更する工程と、 変更した該条件によって、該装置から該物質を放出する工程と を包含する、方法 10.前記装置の一端部を封入、密閉するような寸法のプラグ部材を提供する工 程をさらに包含し、該プラグ部材が温度変化に応答する、請求項9に記載の方法 。 11.前記装置の一端部を封入、密閉するような寸法のプラグ部材を提供する工 程をさらに包含し、該プラグ部材が圧力変化に応答する、請求項9に記載の方法 。 12.前記物質が、透析手法で使用するために、前記生成物との混合を要する緩 衝液である、請求項9に記載の方法。 13.前記生成物が、ブドウ糖を含む溶液である、請求項9に記載の方法。 14.温度を上昇させ、前記容器を滅菌する、請求項9に記載の方法。 15.システム内に制御可能に放出される物質と、 開口した端部を介してアクセスできるインテリアを規定する壁であって、該イ ンテリアが該物質を保持する、壁と、 少なくとも部分的に該インテリア内に延び、且つ該開口した端部を封入、密閉 するような寸法に形成されたキャップ部材であって、該物質が該インテリアに封 入、密閉され、さらに、該キャップ部材は外的条件における変化に応答して変化 を生じ、それにより該物質を放出する、キャップ部材と を有する装置。 16.前記キャップ部材から離れて配置され多プラグ部材をさらに有し、該プラ グ部材が、外的条件の変化に応答する、請求項15に記載の装置。 17.前記キャップ部材と前記プラグ部材とが、圧力の変化に反応するような形 状に形成されている、請求項16に記載の装置。 18.前記キャップ部材が、それぞれ異なる材料から形成されたコアとシェルと を有し、各材料が、温度条件の変化において、異なった反応を示す、請求項15 に記載の装置。 19.前記物質が、透析手法を受ける患者に投与される前に、溶液との混合を要 する緩衝液である、請求項15に記載の装置。 20.前記キャップ部材と前記プラグ部材とが、互いに異なる形状を有する、請 求項16に記載の装置。 21.前記外的条件が変化する圧力である、請求項15に記載の装置。 22.前記外的条件が変化する温度である、請求項15に記載の装置。 23.前記壁が、前記インテリアに対向した一体形成された表面を有する、請求 項15に記載の装置。
