Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 高マッハ数で作動するように適合させると共に、燃焼維持ガス流(F)を 導入する燃焼室(8)を含むラムジェット(1)用であって、該燃焼維持ガス流 を受け取る前縁(8)を有する先頭部(7)を含み、前記燃焼維持ガス流内を横 切るように配置され、且つ燃料を前記燃焼維持ガス流内へ分配する個別燃料噴射 器のマニホルドを後部に形成している燃料噴射ストラット(6)において、 −前記先頭部(7)は、少なくとも前記前縁(8)付近が壁(12)で形成さ れ、該壁の凹状側に室(11)が配置されており、 −噴射手段(15、18)が、前記先頭部(7)に沿って分布し且つ少なくと も前記前縁(8)の領域において前記壁(12)の凹状面に衝突する冷却流体の 複数のジェットを発生することができ、 −前記壁(12)は、該壁(12)の凹状面に衝突する冷却流体のジェットを 透過して、該冷却流体ジェットが前記壁(12)を通過できるようにしたことを 特徴とする燃料噴射ストラット。 2. 先頭部(7)の前記壁(12)は、少なくとも前記先頭部(7)の前記前 縁(8)付近において前記冷却流体ジェットを透過できる材料で形成されている ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の燃料噴射ストラット。 3. 前記先頭部(7)の前記壁(12)は、前記先頭部(7)の前記前縁(8 )に沿って延在する少なくとも1連の孔(13)を有することを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1項に記載の燃料噴射ストラット。 4. 前記先頭部(7)の前記壁(12)は、前記先頭部(7)の前記前縁(8 )に沿って延在する少なくとも1つのスロット(13a)を有することを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項に記載の燃料噴射ストラット。 5. 前記冷却流体は燃料であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4項 までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射ストラット。 6. 前記先頭部(7)は、縁部が前記先頭部の前記前縁(8)を形成し、凹状 側に室(11)を形成しているほぼ二面体形状の部品であることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第1項から第5項までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射ストラット。 7. 噴射ストラット(6)の内部に内部空洞(14)を画成する本体(10) を含み、該内部空洞内に、それそれ両端部で開口した穿孔シリンダ形状をした複 数の基本室(15)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項または 第6項に記載の燃料噴射ストラット。 8. 個別の前記室(15)は、前記空洞(14)内に互いに一定の間隔を置い て上下に一列に並べて配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項に記載 の燃料噴射ストラット。 9. 前記室(15)の各々の第1端部(15A)は前記先頭部(7)の凹状側 に開口しており、後部の位置の前記室(15)の各他端部(15B)が主燃料噴 射器の形状になっていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の燃料噴射ス トラット。 10. 対応のオリフィス(16A)を備えたキャップ形状のカバー(16)が 、前記室(15)の前記第1端部(15A)の総てを覆っていることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第9項に記載の燃料噴射ストラット。 11. 燃料噴射ストラットの後部の位置で、2つの個別な室(15)の間の各 隙間に補助燃料噴射器(17)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 7項から第10項までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射ストラット。 12. 燃料噴射ストラットは、ラムジェットの噴射室(5)の対向壁(5A、 5B)に組み込まれた噴射ストラット(6)の端部(6A、6B)内の供給通路 (18)を介して、燃料を供給されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項から第 11項までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射ストラット。 13. 前記前縁の圧力、噴射ストラット内部の圧力、及び燃料供給圧力を測定 するセンサ(32、33、34)を備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項から第12項までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射ストラット。 14. 前記前縁の壁の温度を測定するセンサ(35)を備えていることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項から第13項までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射スト ラット。
