Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも0.50のH/S形状比を有するタイヤであって、ラジアルカー カス補強材(1)及びクラウン補強材(3)を有し、前記クラウン補強材(3 )は、非伸縮性金属ケーブルで作られた円周方向に対して10°乃至45°の 間の角度をなして一つのプライと次のプライが交差する少なくとも2つのワー キングクラウンプライ(31、33)、及び実質的に円周方向に平行に向けら れた金属補強要素から形成された軸方向に連続な付加プライ(32)から構成 され、円周方向に対して45°以上の角度をなす金属要素から形成されるクラ ウンプライの存在は除外されたタイヤにおいて、前記プライ(32)が、カー カス補強材(1)に半径方向に最も近いワーキングプライ(31)の上に配置 され、クラウン補強材のその他のプライの伸び剛性の合計に対する付加プライ (32)の単位幅当りの伸び剛性の比が0.35乃至0.70の間であること 特徴とするタイヤ。 2.前記付加プライ(32)の前記補強要素がスチールで作られ、前記付加プラ イ(32)の前記補強要素の直径が前記2つのワーキングプライ(31、33 )の前記スチールケーブルの直径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記 載のタイヤ。 3.前記付加プライ(32)がいわゆる半弾性連続スチールケーブルから形成さ れ、前記スチールケーブルは2%乃至6%の間の破断時の相対伸びを有し、相 対伸びの関数としての引っ張り応力の曲線が、小さい伸びに対して緩やかな傾 き、大きな伸びに対しては急激で実質的に一定の傾きを有することを特徴とす る、請求項1又は請求項2の一つに記載のタイヤ。 4.前記ケーブルが、初期状態から1%の相対伸びで、最大で1000daN/ mm2 に等しい低い弾性係数を有し、2%以上の相対伸びに対しては8000 daN/mm2 以上の弾性係数を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の タイヤ。 5.前記付加プライ(32)がスチール製の金属ケーブルで形成され、前記ケー ブルは円周方向を向き、プライの円周長さより非常に小さい長さの部分を形成 するように切断され、部分の間の切断部は夫々軸方向にずれていることを特徴 とする請求項1又は請求項2の一つに記載のタイヤ。 6.前記クラウン補強材(3)が、保護プライと呼ばれるクラウンプライ(34 )によって有利にも仕上げられ、前記クラウンプライ(34)は、スチール製 の弾性金属ケーブルで形成され、前記ケーブルは、半径方向に最も外側の前記 ワーキングプライ(33)のケーブルの角度βと同じ方向で、円周方向に対し て角度θの方向に向けられ、前記軸方向の幅L34が、半径方向に最も外側の前 記ワーキングプライ(33)の軸方向の前記幅L33より小さいが、スチール製 の金属要素の前記付加プライ(32)の軸方向の前記幅よりも大きいことを特 徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5の中の一つに記載のタイヤ。
