Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも水溶液の形成と少なくとも1回の溶媒抽出工程とを含む使用済 み核燃料の再処理法であって、ホルモヒドロキサム酸(formohydroxamic acid)を 使用し、すべてのNp(VI)をNp(V)に還元し、または、Np(IV)とコン プレックスを形成し、あるいはその両方を行い、それにより、溶媒抽出の間、存 在するネプツニウムを実質的に全て水相に保持することを特徴とする再処理法。 2.使用済み核燃料がウラン及びプルトニウムの双方を含有し、ウランが溶媒 相に抽出される請求項1に記載の方法。 3.ウランをプルトニウムから分離するのと同一の工程でネプツニウムをウラ ンから分離する請求項1あるいは請求項2に記載の方法。 4.最初にプルトニウムをウランから分離し、引き続く工程でウランからネプ ツニウムを分離する請求項1あるいは請求項2に記載の方法。 5.強硝酸中で煮沸すること、あるいは亜硝酸を添加することによりホルモヒ ドロキサム酸を除去する請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一に記載の方法。 6.少なくとも一つの遠心接触装置を使用する請求項1から請求項5のいずれ か一に記載の方法。
