Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.40乃至65重量%のSiO2、6乃至12重量%のAl2O3、6乃至12 重量%のNa2O、5.5乃至10.5重量%のK2O、1乃至3重量%のLi2 O、0.8乃至2.5重量%のCaO、0.5乃至4重量%のB2O3、及び0.1 乃至0.8重量%のCeO2からなる、義歯に使用するための低融解温度の陶材 組成物。 2.800℃未満の融解温度および義歯に適する金属またはセラミック基質と相 容性の熱膨張係数を有する、請求の範囲1の陶材。 3.更に0.01乃至3.0重量%のP2O5からなり、約11.5乃至12.5pp m°K-1〔30乃至430℃〕の熱膨張係数を有する、請求の範囲1の陶材。 4.更に0.5乃至2重量%のTb2O3、及び1乃至3重量%のMgOからなる 、請求の範囲1の歯科陶材。 5.更に少なくとも0.4重量%のY2O3からなる、請求の範囲1の陶材。 6.当該組成物が、58乃至65重量%のSiO2、6乃至12重量%のAl2O 3、7乃至12重量%のNa2O、5.5乃至18.0重量%のK2O、1.5乃至 3重量%のLi2O、1.2乃至2.5重量%のCaO、及び0.1乃至2.0重 量%のCeO2からなる、請求の範囲1の陶材。 7.当該組成物が、40乃至47重量%のSiO2、5乃至8重量%のAl2O3 、6乃至12重量%のNa2O、9.0乃至10.5重量%のK2O、1乃至3重 量%のLi2O、0.8乃至3.0重量%のCaO、0.8乃至2.0重量%のB2 O3、及び0.3乃至1.0重量%のCeO2からなる、請求の範囲1の陶材。 8.当該組成物が、60乃至65重量%のSiO2、8乃至12重量%のAl2O 3、7乃至12重量%のNa2O、5.5乃至9.0重量%のK2O、1.5乃至3 重量%のLi2O、1.2乃至2.5重量%のCaO、1.5乃至4.0重量%の B2O3、及び0.1乃至0.6重量%のCeO2からなる、請求の範囲1の陶材 。 9.当該組成物が、40乃至47重量%のSiO2、6乃至8重量%のAl2O3 、8乃至12重量%のNa2O、9.0乃至10.5重量%のK2O、1乃至2重 量%のLi2O、0.8乃至1.5重量%のCaO、0.8乃至1.5重量%のB2 O3、及び0.3乃至0.8重量%のCeO2からなる、請求の範囲1の陶材。 10.更に0.5乃至3重量%のMgOからなる、請求の範囲8の陶材。 11.更に0.5乃至1.5重量%のTb2O3からなる、請求の範囲8の陶材。 12.更に10乃至20重量%のZrO2からなる、請求の範囲8の陶材。 13.更に5乃至10重量%のY2O3−SiO2からなる、請求の範囲8の陶材 。 14.当該組成物が、約705℃の加工温度および約12乃至13ppm°K-1 〔20乃至500℃〕の熱膨張係数を有するガラスフリット組成物である、請 求の範囲1の組成物。 15.セラミック基質に融合された請求の範囲14の組成物。 16.金属またはセラミック基質に融合された請求の範囲14の組成物。 17.当該組成物が、60乃至65重量%のSiO2、8乃至12重量%のAl2 O3、7乃至12重量%のNa2O、5.5乃至9.0重量%のK2O、1.5乃至 3重量%のLi2O、1.2乃至2.5重量%のCaO、1.5乃至4.0重量% のB2O3、及び0.1乃至0.6重量%のCeO2からなる、請求の範囲14の 組成物。 18.当該組成物が、40乃至47重量%のSiO2、6乃至8重量%のAl2O 3、8乃至12重量%のNa2O、9.0乃至10.5重量%のK2O、1乃至2 重量%のLi2O,0.8乃至1.5重量%のCaO、0.8乃至1.5重量%の B2O3、及び0.3乃至0.8重量%のCeO2からなる、請求の範囲14の組 成物。 19.容器支持物により支持された少なくとも3個の容器により囲まれた請求の 範囲1の組成物。
