Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.マトリックス材料としてのPVDFからなり、そこにPTFEが充填剤として取り込 まれている金属支持層およびそれに塗布されたプラスチックオーバーレイを有す るすべり部材用多層材料において、PVDF含有量が60〜95容量%でありそして 残部がPTFE、またはPTFEと密度が<7g/cm3である少なくとも一種のその他の成分 からなることを特徴とする上記材料。 2.その他の成分の含有量が最高で5容量%である請求項1に記載の材料。 3.PVDF含有量が70〜88容量%である請求項1または2に記載の材料。 4.PTFE含有量が12〜30容量%である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の材料 。 5.その他の成分が完全なまたは部分的な芳香族ポリマー、例えばPI、PAI、ポ リアミド、PPS、PES、PEEK、PSUまたはポリエステル、炭素変体、例えばグラフ ァイト、カーボンブラック、Cファイバーまたはコークス、または例えばMoS2、B N、CaF2またはCaCO3のような化合物である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の材料 。 6.支持材料が10μmを越える表面粗さRzを有する請求項1〜5のいずれかに 記載の材料。 7.支持材料が30μmを越える表面粗さRzを有する請求項6に記載の材料。 8.金属支持材料が、鋼鉄、ステンレス鋼、銅合金、アルミニウムまたはアルミ ニウム合金またはこれらの材料の多層の組み合わせである請求項1〜7のいずれ かに記載の材料。 9.支持材料上のプラスチックオーバーレイの厚さが20〜400μmである請 求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の材料。 10.プラスチックオーバーレイを金属支持層に塗布することからなる多層材料 の製造方法において、60〜95容量%のPVDFからなり、残部がPTFE、またはPT FEと密度が<7g/cm3である少なくとも一種のその他の成分からなる粉末混合物を 製造し、この粉末混合物を金属支持材料上に分散させ、次いでPVDF成分の軟化点 を超える温度に加熱してプラスチックオーバーレイを形成させ、そしてその後こ のプラスチックオーバーレイをロール掛けして滑らかにすることを特徴とする上 記方法。 11.粒度が40〜180μmであるPVDF粉末を使用し、そして粒度が20〜1 40μmであるPTFE粉末を使用する請求項10に記載の方法。 12.PVDF粉末の粒度が70〜130μmであり、PTFE粉末の粒度が60〜10 0μmである請求項11に記載の方法。 13.再生粉末がPTFE粉末として使用される請求項10〜12のいずれかに記載 の方法。 14.プラスチックオーバーレイが金属支持層に直接塗布される請求項10〜1 3のいずれかに記載の方法。 15.請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の多層材料を、潤滑および非潤滑用途のす べり部材の製造に使用する方法。
