Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.試験流体の電気的因子を測定するための方法であって、該方法は a)それぞれ前記試験流体と基準流体との個々の本体を含んだ測定セル手段 にして、これら本体が実質的に同一温度にある手段を提供する段階と、 b)前記試験流体の本体と前記基準流体の本体の電気的因子を測定する段階 とを有する方法。 2.請求項1に記載の方法において、前記流体の本体が互いに熱的に近似して いる方法。 3.前記流体の温度がそれら流体を前記測定セル手段内に導入する以前に均等 化されている請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。 4.前記基準流体はその電気的因子が既知である較正流体である請求項1から 請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 5.前記基準流体が試験流体をして前記電気的因子を変化させるプロセスにさ らすことで提供されており、前記測定段階b)は試験流体の前記本体の前記電気 的因子を前記基準流体の本体のそれと比較する段階を含んでいる請求項1から請 求項3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 6.測定が以下の式に基づいて所定の温度へと標準化されていることを特徴と する、請求項4または請求項5に記載の方法 ρb(θ)=ρb(ρa(θ)−ρa) ただし、 ρb(θ)は標準温度θにおける試験流体の電気的因子、 ρa(θ)は標準温度θにおける基準流体の電気的因子、 ρbは測定温度における試験流体の電気的因子、 ρaは測定温度における基準流体の電気的因子、 αbは試験流体の電気的因子の温度係数、 αaは基準流体の電気的因子の温度係数である。 7.以下の関係式に基づいて、測定が行われる温度が決定され、測定が所定の 温度へと標準化される請求項4または請求項5に記載の方法 ρb(θ)−ρa(θ)=ρb−ρa+25(αb−αa)−T(αb−αa) ただし、Tは前記測定温度であり、他の記号は請求項6において規定されたも のと同じである。 8.前記電気的因子が伝導度である請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記 載の方法。 9.前記測定セル手段(1,2,3,4)が、流れている熱交換一次流体と熱 的に近接して配置されている請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の方法 。 10.前記一次熱交換流体と前記測定セル手段(1,2,3,4)との間の熱 交換が前記試験流体および基準流体の本体間の中間に位置する平面のまわりにお いて熱的に対称をなしており、前記流体本体は前記平面のまわりにおいて対称状 に配置されている請求項9に記載の方法。 11.前記一次熱交換流体は前記平面において進入、進出している請求項10 に記載の方法。 12.前記一次熱交換流体が金属壁の一方の表面上を流れ、前記測定セル手段 (1,2,3,4)の壁(2)が前記金属壁の反対側表面に対向して配設されて いる請求項10または請求項11に記載の方法。 13.前記金属壁(2)が孔(18)を有しており、該孔(18)は前記測定 セル手段の壁(2)の外側を、流れている一次熱交換流体にさらしている請求項 12に記載の方法。 14.カバー(15)が、前記一次熱交換流体と熱的に近接している領域と反 対側に配置された、前記測定セル手段の側を覆っている請求項9から請求項13 のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 15.試験流体および基準流体の前記本体が流路を有しており、前記試験流体 および基準流体が前記電気的因子の測定中に前記流路中を駆動される請求項1か ら請求項14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 16.前記測定セル手段(1,2,3,4)がアルミナまたはサファイアから なっている請求項1から請求項15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 17.前記温度が、互いに対して、かつまた一次熱交換流体と熱的に接触して いるそれぞれのコイルチューブ(10a,10b)中に前記流体を通過させるこ とにより均等化されている請求項3または同請求項から派生したいずれか一項に 記載の方法。 18.前記測定が3種類またはそれを超える流体本体に関して行なわれる請求 項1から請求項17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 19.2つまたはそれ以上の測定セル手段が並列に設けられている請求項1か ら請求項17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 20.試験流体の電気的因子を基準流体の電気的因子との関連において決定す るための機器であって、前記試験流体の本体および前記基準流体の本体を受容す るようにされた試験セル手段(1,2,3,4)と、試験流体および基準流体の 前記本体と熱的に近接している一次熱交換流体の流れを発生させるための熱交換 手段(10a,10b,12)とを有している機器。 21.前記熱交換手段(10a,10b,12)は前記測定セル手段(1,2 ,3,4)の壁(2)の外側上に前記一次熱交換流体の流れを発生させるように 配設されている請求項20に記載の機器。 22.前記測定セル手段(1,2,3,4)が試験流体および基準流体の前記 本体間の中間の平面のまわりにおいて、熱的に対称をなしている請求項20また は請求項21に記載の機器。 23.前記熱交換手段が金属壁(8)を有しており、該壁(8)は一方の表面 が前記測定セル手段(1,2,3,4)と接触しており、反対側表面が前記一次 熱交換流体の流れと接触している請求項20から請求項22のいずれか一項に記 載の機器。 24.2つまたはそれ以上の測定セル手段が1つの共通の熱交換手段に接続さ れている請求項20から請求項23のいずれか一項に記載の機器。
