Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電動モータのためのモータマウントであって、該モータマウントは、 離間されて実質的に垂直に伸びる一対の支持脚部を有し、これらの各脚部の上 側端は、モータの軸方向に離間された端部に備えられたはめあい構造体を収容す るように設けられた支持用溝を内部に含み、前記各脚部の上側端は、更に、二つ の開口部を内部に含み、これらの開口部は、前記支持用溝の両側にそれぞれ一つ ずつ設けられており、前記各開口部の内部には、ぞれぞれ横断方向に伸びる保持 レッジが形成されており、 一対の取付クリップを有し、このクリップは、それぞれ前記対となった支持脚 部の一つに装着されるように設けられており、前記各クリップは、モータの軸方 向に離間された端部に設けられたはめあい構造を収容するように設けられた支持 用溝を内部に含み、各取付クリップは、更に、フレキシブルラッチを二つ含み、 これらのラッチは、前記支持用溝の各側に一つずつ設けられており、前記各ラッ チは、ラッチが曲げられた時に前記脚部の前記上側端に備えられた前記開口部の 一つに収容されるように、かつ、曲げられていない状態に戻されて装着された時 に前記支持脚部に接合された前記クリップを保持するように前記保持レッジと係 合されるように設けられていることを特徴とするモータマウント。 2.離間されて実質的に垂直に伸びた第二の対となった支持脚部を 含み、これらの脚部は、離間された前記支持脚部から下向きにかつこれらの支持 脚部と実質的に垂直に伸びており、 離間されて対となった前記支持脚部と、離間されて対となった第二の支持脚部 と、は、実質的に水平に伸びた部材によって相互接続されていることを特徴とす る請求項1記載の装置。 3.前記モータマウントは、プラスチック材料から形成されていることを特徴と する請求項2記載の装置。 4.前記モータマウントは、設備の成形プラスチック支持構造体と一体に形成さ れていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。 5.前記各脚部の前記上側端は、それぞれ対となった第二の開口部を内部に有し 、これらの第二の開口部は、それぞれ前記支持用溝の両側に設けられており、 対となった前記モータ取付クリップには、前記支持脚部の上側端における第二 の開口部と軸方向に整列された開口部が設けられており、これにより、フレキシ ブルラッチが壊れた時には、対となった第二の開口部にねじが設けられた締結具 を挿入して、前記モータ取付クリップと、前記支持脚部の前記上側端と、を接合 させることができることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
