Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以前に生成した層の上に新しい層を生成させて隣接した断面層を順次生 成させ、以前に生成した層と新しく生成した層とを一体化して自立構造をもった 三次元の構造体をつくることにより自立構造をもった三次元の構造体を自由な形 で製造する方法において、 (a)液体組成物の複数の個々の液滴を支持表面の上に分離した個々の液滴と して、つくられつつある構造体の断面層に対応するパターンに従って配置し、該 液滴を該パターンの内部に接触しないように位置させ、この際該液体組成物には 第1の反応成分を含ませて使用し、 (b)他の液体組成物の分離した個々の液滴の複数を、つくられつつある構造 体の断面層の該パターンの中に配置し、該パターンの内部に配置された他の液体 組成物の分離した個々の液滴を、接触しないで沈積させられた液体組成物の液滴 がこれと接触し連結されるように沈積させ、この際該他のの液体組成には物第1 の反応成分と接触するとそれと化学反応を起こし、つくられつつある構造体の断 面層を構成する固体分を生じる他の反応成分を含ませて使用する工程を順次繰り 返すことを特徴とする方法。 2.工程(a)において該構造体の以前に生成された断面層の支持表面を使 用する請求項1記載の方法。 3.つくられた断面層が一体化されて集積され、自立構造をもった三次元の 構造体が得られるまで請求項2の工程を繰り返す方法。 4.その上に沈積させた液滴から液を吸収するような多孔質の固体の支持表 面をもつ支持表面を工程(a)の開始工程に使用する請求項1 記載の方法。 5.工程(a)および(b)の他に、且つそれらの工程の後で、 (c)少なくとも1種の第3の液体組成物の分離した個々の液滴の複数を、つ くられつつある構造体の断面層のなす該パターンに従って配置し、該第3の液体 組成物の液滴を該パターンの内部において、工程(a)および(b)において沈 積させられた1個またはそれ以上の液滴または工程(a)および(b)において 沈積させられた1個またはそれ以上の液滴の混合物と接触させないようにまたは 接触させて位置させて沈積する工程を含み、ここで該少なくとも1種の第3の液 体組成物は (i)第1の反応成分および該他の反応成分と接触すると、それと反応して固 体分を生成する第3の反応成分、 (ii)沈積した液滴の混合物と接触すると、第1の反応成分と他の反応成分 との間の反応、または第1の反応成分、第2の反応成分および第3の反応成分の 間の反応を開始させるかおよび/またはその反応の速度を促進する触媒、および (iii)第1、第2または第3の反応成分以外の物質で、この物質を含む液 滴が配置されるとつくられつつある構造体の中に伝導性の通路を生じる1種また はそれ以上の物質を含み、該物質は沈積させた際または後処理を行った後に熱ま たは電気に対する伝導体になる物質であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法 。 6.以前に生成した層の上に新しい層を生成させて隣接した断面層を順次生 成させ、以前に生成した層と新しく生成した層とを一体化して自立構造をもった 三次元の構造体をつくることにより自立構造をもった三次元の構造体を自由な形 で製造する方法において、 (a)水性液体組成物の複数の個々の液滴を支持表面の上に分離した個々の液 滴として、つくられつつある構造体の断面層に対応するパターンに従って配置し 、該液滴を該パターンの内部に接触しないように位置させ、この際該水性液体組 成物には第1の反応成分を含ませて使用し、 (b)他の水性液体組成物の分離した個々の液滴の複数を、つくられつつある 構造体の断面層の該パターンの中に配置し、該パターンの内部に配置された他の 液体組成物の分離した個々の液滴を、接触しないで沈積させられた液体組成物の 液滴がこれと接触し連結されるように沈積させ、この際該他の水性液体組成物に は第1の反応成分と接触するとそれと化学反応を起こし、つくられつつある構造 体の断面層を構成する無機性の固体分を生じる他の反応成分を含ませて使用する 工程を順次繰り返すことを特徴とする方法。 7.工程(a)において該構造体の以前に生成された断面層の支持表面を使 用する請求項6記載の方法。 8.つくられた断面層が一体化されて集積され、自立構造をもった三次元の 構造体が得られるまで請求項7の工程を繰り返す方法。 9.その上に沈積させた液滴から液を吸収するような多孔質の固体の支持表 面をもつ支持表面を工程(a)の開始工程に使用する請求項6記載の方法。 10.工程(a)および(b)の他に、且つそれらの工程の後で、 (c)少なくとも1種の第3の水性液体組成物の分離した個々の液滴の複数を 、つくられつつある構造体の断面層のなす該パターンに従って配置し、該第3の 水性液体組成物の液滴を該パターンの内部において、工程(a)および(b)に おいて沈積させられた1個またはそれ以上の 液滴または工程(a)および(b)において沈積させられた1個またはそれ以上 の液滴の混合物と接触させないようにまたは接触させて位置させて沈積する工程 を含み、ここで該少なくとも1種の第3の水性液体組成物は (i)第1の反応成分および該他の反応成分と接触すると、それと反応して固 体分を生成する第3の反応成分、 (ii)沈積した液滴の混合物と接触すると、第1の反応成分と他の反応成分 との間の反応、または第1の反応成分、第2の反応成分および第3の反応成分の 間の反応を開始させるかおよび/またはその反応の速度を促進する触媒、および (iii)第1、第2または第3の反応成分以外の物質で、この物質を含む液 滴が配置されるとつくられつつある構造体の中に伝導性の通路を生じる1種また はそれ以上の物質を含み、該物質は沈積させた際または後処理を行った後に熱ま たは電気に対する伝導体になる物質であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法 。 11.該液体水溶液、該他の液体水溶液および第3の液体水溶液は、沈積した 液滴から水が除去されると、つくられつつある構造体の断面層の一部を構成する に至る固体粒子を溶解、分散または懸濁した状態で含んでいることを特徴とする 請求項10記載の方法。 12.該溶解、分散または懸濁した粒子は、該第1の反応成分と他の反応成分 との反応により生じた固体、または第1の反応成分、他の反応成分および第3の 反応成分の反応により生じた固体の組成物から成ることを特徴とする請求項11 記載の方法。 13.該溶解、分散または懸濁した粒子は、該第1の反応成分と他の 反応成分との反応により生じた固体、または第1の反応成分、他の反応成分およ び第3の反応成分の反応により生じた固体とは異った組成物から成ることを特徴 とする請求項11記載の方法。 14.該流体組成物および該他の流体組成物の各々はイオンを含み、イオンは 溶液に含まれ且つ他の溶液に含まれている異ったイオンと反応するように調節さ れ、接触すると反応して無機性の固体を生じるものであることを特徴とする請求 項6記載の方法。 15.該流体組成物および該他の流体組成物中にそれぞれ別々に含まれるNa2 HPO4およびCaCl2を使用することを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。 16.該流体組成物および該他の流体組成物のそれぞれはその中に溶解および 懸濁したNa2HPO4の粒子を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項15記載の方 法。 17.該溶液および他の溶液はそれぞれイオンの他に溶解した粘度増強物質を 含んでいることを特徴とする請求項14記載の方法。 18.溶解した粘度増強物質としてコラーゲンを使用する請求項17記載の方 法。 19.溶解した粘度増強物質としてコンドロイチン硫酸塩Dを使用する請求項 17記載の方法。 20.(i)自立構造をもった三次元構造体の設計を行うためにCAD技術を 用い、 (ii)CAD技術を用いて設計した自立構造をもった三次元構造体の設計を 縦切りして必要な大きさの断面層にするためにCAM技術を用い、 (iii)請求項6の工程(a)および(b)を実施するのにCAM技術を使 用することを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。 21.液体組成物の液滴を配置する工程(a)および他の液体組成物の液滴を 配置する工程(b)に対しコンピュータで動作するように改造したインク・ジェ ット・プリンターを使用することを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。 22.請求項1記載の方法で製造された自立構造をもった三次元構造体。
