Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 自動車の特に窓及びスライディング・ルーフのような可動部分用のクランプ 防止手段を備えた調整駆動装置であって、運動エネルギを低下させるための特定 の調整領域(x2〜x1)における規定のばね率を満たすために調整駆動装置の 回転数もしくは速度を低減させるようにした形式のものにおいて、「閉鎖された 」位置(x0)に到達する以前の規定の調整領域(x2〜x1)内で調整駆動装 置の回転数(n)及び/又は出力(P)が、規定の関数関係に従って低下され、 最低回転数(nmin)への低下が特定の位置領域(10)内で行われ、前記の最 低回転数もしくは最低出力が、「閉鎖された」位置(x0)より手前の特定位置 (x3)で得られ、かつ前記の最低回転数もしくは最低出力がほぼコンスタント であることを特徴とする、可動部分用のクランプ防止手段を備えた調整駆動装置 。 2. 規定の関数関係に基づく最低回転数もしくは最低出力への低下が、コンスタ ントな位置領域(10)にわたって行われ、低下速度(12,13,14)が、 実際の供給出力(Pmax,P2,P1)、特に供給電圧に関連して変化する、請 求項1記載の調整駆動装置。 3. 規定の関数関係に基づく最低回転数(nmin)も しくは最低出力(Pmin)への低下が、可変の位置領域(20,21,22)に わたって行われ、しかもこの可変の位置領域の始点が、実際の各供給出力(Pma x,P2,P1)、特に各供給電圧に関連して変化する、請求項1記載の調整駆 動装置。 4. 低下が一次関数的に行われる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の調 整駆動装置。 5. 低下が指数関数の経過に従って行われる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1 項記載の調整駆動装置。 6. 所要の最低回転数(nmin)もしくは最低出力(Pmin)が、特に温度及び湿 度のような如何なる条件下にあっても、なお充分な高さの閉鎖力を保証するよう に経験的に求められる、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の調整駆動装置 。 7. 特に電動式の調整駆動装置の回転数(n)もしくは出力(P)の制御が、特 にリニア制御器又は拍動−休止比率が可変のタイミング制御器のような半導体素 子によって行われる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の調整駆動装置。 8. 「閉鎖された」位置(x0)に設けられた固定ストッパ(11)と可動部分 との間の異物締め込みを防止するための防止回路と共に併用される、請求項1か ら7までのいずれか1項記載の調整駆動装置。 9. 締め込み動作による回転数低下の算定時に、調整駆動装置の回転数(n)及 び/又は出力(P)の、 規定の関数関係に基づく既知の各低下勾配(12,13,14,24)が修正係 数として考慮可能である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の調整駆動装 置。 10.修正のために適応メモリが設けられており、該適応メモリ内に、回転数(n )及び/又は出力(P)の制御による低下が僅かな難動性として記憶されている 、請求項9記載の調整駆動装置。 11.目標終点から約4mm未満の極めて僅かな距離領域、特にシールゴム域に達 すると、最大閉鎖力を得るために回転数(n)及び/又は出力(P)を再び最大 可能な値にアップすることが可能である、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項 記載の調整駆動装置。
