Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の屈折率を有する第1の流体をそれを通って流そうとする導管(1) と、透明な導管壁部分(12)と導管空胴ととそして第2の透明な導管壁部分( 11)を通って出る光ビーム(4,41,42)を指向する光源(3)と、そし てビームが導管およびその中の第1の流体を透過した時光ビーム(4,41)を 受光する検出器手段(5,51,52,53)を備えている気泡検出器であって 、 光ビームによって透過照射される導管(1)の二つの互いに対向する透明な壁 部分(12,11)は、実質上平坦かつ平行であること、 光源(3)は、ビームが第1の流体を通過するか、または気泡のような他の屈 折率を有する第2の導管誘導流体を通過するかに応じて異なる経路(41,42 )に分れるように直近の透明な導管壁部分(12)に対して斜め角度(α)にお いて光ビーム(4)を指向するように適応していること、 検出器手段(5,53,51,52)は、流体の屈折率に関係なく導管(1) から出る光ビーム(4,42)によって衝突されるように適応していること、 検出器手段(5,53,51,52)は、第1の流体中の気泡の発生を同定で きるように、検出器手段上の光ビーム(41,42)の衝突位置に応じて出力信 号を出すように適応していること、 を特徴とする気泡検出器。 2.導管は筒形好ましくは円筒形であり、光源(3)から出る光 ビーム(4,41,42)と導管軸(2)は共通の平面内に横たわっていること を特徴とする請求項1の気泡検出器。 3.検出器手段は、検出器手段上の光ビーム衝突位置が導管中の気泡を含まな い第1の流体を透過する光ビームに対応する衝突位置が偏位する時に警報をトリ ガし、および/または導管(1)を通る第1の流体の輸送を止めるように適応し ていることを特徴とする請求項1または2の気泡検出器。 4.検出器手段(5,53,51,52)は、出力信号が消失する時警報をト リガし、および/または導管(1)を通る流体の輸送を止めるように機能するモ ニタリング論理へ連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか の気泡検出器。 5.検出器手段は、ダイオード表面上の光ビーム衝突位置に応じて出力信号を 出す応差光ダイオード(53)である請求項1ないし4のいずれかの気泡検出器 。
