- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.硫化物含有水性パルプ液の硫黄濃度要素を測定する方法であって: (1)前記水性パルプ液の試料に予め定めた波長領域で近赤外線を照射して、 バックグラウンドスペクトルを基準にして前記液の水吸光度ピーク値を求め、 (2)(1)のピーク値を、硫黄濃度要素が既知の多数の硫化物含有水性パル プ液に対する、前記予め定めた波長領域における相当するピーク値の検量プロッ トと比較し、そして (3)(2)の比較から試料の硫黄濃度要素の数値を求める、 ことを特徴とする前記方法。 2.前記近赤外線照射を5300〜7800cm-1の波数で行う請求の範囲第 1項に記載する方法。 3.前記パルプ液が緑液である請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載する方法 。 4.前記濃度要素が硫化物濃度である請求の範囲第3項に記載する方法。 5.前記濃度要素が硫化度百分率である請求の範囲第3項に記載する方法。 6.前記バックグラウンドスペクトルが水スペクトルである請求の範囲第3項 に記載する方法。 7.前記バックグラウンドスペクトルが苛性ソーダ−炭酸ナトリウム溶液のス ペクトルである請求の範囲第3項に記載する方法。 8.前記パルプ液をパルプ製造工程の緑液調整装置から供給し、前記装置はパ ルプ製造工程から導かれる化学薬品用の回収炉を含み、且つパルプ製造工程中で 緑液は前記回収炉から出た無機化学薬品のスメルトから導かれ、そして (4)(3)で求めた硫黄濃度要素に応じて回収炉の操作を制御して、緑液の 硫黄濃度要素を調節する工程を含む、 請求の範囲第3項に記載する方法。 9.回収炉でスメルトを作成しそしてスメルト溶解槽に供給して緑液を作成す るクラフトパルプまたは亜硫酸パルプ製造工程から導かれる、緑液およびスメル ト溶液中の硫化ナトリウム濃度を測定する方法であって、 クラフトパルプまたは亜硫酸パルプ製造工程から緑液またはスメルト溶液の試 料を採取し、 非希釈試料を4000〜14000cm-1の波数範囲にわたり近赤外線分光測 光分析にかけて、水または苛性ソーダ−炭酸ナトリウム溶液の対照スペクトルに 相対する吸光度測定値を求め、 既知濃度の硫化ナトリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、炭酸ナトリウムと塩化ナトリ ウムの異なる混合溶液で示される吸光度を測定し、 試料の吸光度測定値と既知濃度の異なる混合溶液で示される吸光度の関係を、 多元変数検量により関係づけ、そして 液中に存在する全滴定アルカリ(TTA)または塩化物の全ての水準に対する 硫化ナトリウム量を前記関係から求める、 請求の範囲第1項に記載する方法。 10.前記近赤外線吸光度測定を5300〜7800cm-1の波数範囲で行う 、請求の範囲第9項に記載する方法。 11.苛性ソーダと炭酸ナトリウムを測定し且つ得られたデータから硫化度百 分率を計算し、非希釈スメルト溶液または非希釈緑液の近赤外線吸光度測定によ り苛性ソーダと炭酸ナトリウムの混合濃度を測定する、スメルト溶液または緑液 の硫化度(TTA基準)を測定するための、請求の範囲第9項または第10項に 記載する方法。 12.苛性ソーダ、炭酸ナトリウムと塩化ナトリウムを測定し且つ得られたデ ータから硫化度百分率を計算し、非希釈緑液の近赤外線吸光度測定により苛性ソ ーダ、炭酸ナトリウムと塩化ナトリウムの混合濃度を測定する、TTA基準で緑 液の硫化度を測定するための、請求の範囲第9項または第10項に記載する方法 。 13.前記近赤外線吸光度測定を5300〜6700cm-1の波数範囲で行う 、請求の範囲第9項、第11項または第12項に記載する方法。 14.分光測光分析を近赤外線透過度で行う、請求の範囲第9項、第10項、 第11項、第12項または第13項に記載する方法。 15.透過度がファイバーオプチック透過セルからである、請求の範囲第14 項に記載する方法。 16.透過度が反射セルからである、請求の範囲第14項に記載する方法。 17.分光測光分析を連続測定のために流体通過セル中で行う、請求の範囲第 9項、第10項、第11項、第12項または第13項に記載する方法。 18.試料の吸光度測定と異なる硫化物濃度に対する吸光度の関係を、部分最 小自乗法(PLS)多元変数検量を用いて求める、請求の範囲第9項、第10項 、第11項、第12項または第13項に記載する方法。 19.前記検量プロットが、部分最小自乗法多成分検量技術を用い展開した硫 黄濃度要素に対するピーク吸光度のプロットである、請求の範囲第1項、第2項 、第3項、第4項、第5項、第6項、第7項または第8項に記載する方法。 20.パルプ製造工程から導かれる化学薬品用の回収炉を含む緑液調整装置、 緑液生成槽および前記槽に通じる前記回収炉からの無機化学薬品のスメルトを流 動させるスメルト流動管を有するセルロース性パルプ製造設備における、前記緑 液の硫黄濃度要素を測定する検知装置を含む改良装置であって、 前記検知装置は、近赤外線照射源に有効に接続したファイバーオプチック検知器 、前記槽からの試料流動管、前記検知器からの近赤外線照射を受容するための前 記試料流動管中の検知帯域、前記検知帯域からの吸光スペクトルを記録するため の分光測光器、と前記検知帯域からの吸光スペクトルと既知の濃度要素に対する 吸光スペクトルの検量を比較する比較測定器手段を含み、そして試料の濃度要素 の評価値を提供することを特徴とする前記改良装置。 21.前記回収炉の操作要素を制御するための制御手段をさらに含み、前記制 御手段が比較測定器手段により提供される評価値に対応する前記操作要素を調節 するために前記比較測定器手段に有効に接続されている、請求の範囲第20項に 記載する改良装置。 22.前記近赤外線照射源が4000〜14000cm-1の波数範囲にわたる 、請求の範囲第20項または第21項に記載する改良装置。 23.前記範囲が5300〜7800cm-1である請求の範囲第22項に記載 する改良装置。
