Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 手術のために患者を受け入れる手術台と、 外科医師団が手術の進行をモニタしうるように外科医師団が分析するために手 術の過程の一連の時間において患者の一部の像を取得する磁気共鳴像形成装置と を含む、外科手順において使用する装置において、前記磁気共鳴像形成装置が、 強い磁界を発生させる磁石と、 前記磁界を制御し、変動させる制御装置と、 磁界に応答して、患者の一部から核磁気共鳴信号を引き出し、かつ検出する無 線周波数伝送および検出装置であって、患者の前記部分の近傍に位置させるRF プローブを含む装置と、 検出された信号を復号化し、表示するためのコンピュータおよびディスプレイ モニタ装置とを含み、 前記磁石と手術台とが患者が手術台の上の適所に留まっている間に患者の一部 を前記磁界中へ位置させるような形状と配置にされており、 かつ、手術台とその上の患者とから離隔され、外科医師団が手術を実行しうる ようにさせる第1の位置と患者の一部に磁界を付与する第2の位置との間で運動 するように磁石を装着する手段とを含むことを特徴とする外科手順において使用 する装置。 2. 前記手術台と装着手段とが、該手術台と患者とが概ね静止状態にあり、 磁石のみが運動するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に 記載の装置。 3. 前記手術台と装着手段とが、外科医師団が患者に近接するために手術台 の隣接する端の周りを、かつ手術台の各側まで動きうるように磁石が手術台の隣 接する端部から離隔した位置まで動くように配置されていることを特徴とする請 求の埴第1項に記載の装置。 4. 前記磁石が患者の一部がその中央に送入される概ね円筒形の内孔を画成 する形状にされており、手術台が直立した取り付け基台とその上に装着された台 上面とを含み、前記台上面が前記取り付け基台から円筒形の孔中へ延びている片 持部分を有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 5. 前記台上面を手術台の第1の長手方向軸線の周りで前記台上面を傾斜さ せ患者を一方の側に傾かせるための第1の手段が設けられていることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第4項に記載の装置。 6. 神経手術を可能にするために患者の頭部を持ち上げるのに十分な角度ま で患者を傾かせるために前記台上面に対して横方向の第2の軸線の周りで前記台 上面を傾斜させるための第2の手段が設けられており、前記台上面と円筒形の孔 とは、傾斜した台上面が前記孔の一端へ突出している間に患者の頭部が前記孔の 中央に位置しうるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項に記 載の装置。 7. 前記台上面が患者の頭部を支持するために端部においてヒンジ接続の部 分を含み、前記ヒンジ接続部分は患者の頭部と肩のみを神経手術が可能な高さま で持ち上げるように前記台上面に対して横方向の軸線の周りで枢動し、かつ取り 付け台から外方に離隔していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載の装置 。 8. 前記片持部分が患者を受けれる平坦なプレートと、前記プレートの下側 に装着され、前記プレートよりも狭幅で、孔の円形断面に嵌合する台上面の寸法 を最小にしながら前記プレートを支持するチャンネルとを含むことを特徴とする 請求の範囲第4項に記載の装置。 9. 前記手術台が、前記プレートを通して突出する支柱と、前記チャンネル 内の前記支柱の旋回支持手段とを含む、患者の頭部の支持手段を含むことを特徴 とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の装置。 10. 前記手術台が、該手術台に対して横方向の複数の平行で膨らませ可能 なチューブと、マットレスからの患者に対する加圧点を変動させるためにチュー ブを交互に膨らませたり、へこませたりする手段とを含むマットレスを含むこと を特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 11. 前記手術台が高い電気抵抗性があり、非強磁性の材料から作られた部 分を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 12. RFプローブに隣接した手術台の部材の少なくとも1個はより低い電 気抵抗性の材料の層でコーティングされていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 1項に記載の装置。 13. RFプローブが、磁石内で作動可能で、患者の一部を動かせる必要な く磁石の外での外科手順のために患者に近接出来るようにする形状と配置にされ ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 14. RFプローブが患者の一部の一方の側を位置決めする第1のプローブ 要素と、前記部分の反対側を位置決めする第2のプローブ要素とを含み、前記第 1の要素が外科手順のために患者に近接しうるように取り外し可能であることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第13項に記載の装置。 15. 前記プローブ要素が配線した電気接続がないため前記第1の要素が何 ら配線された接続を外すことなく取り外すことが可能であることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第14項に記載の装置。 16. 前記第1と第2の要素とが各々、複数の平行の平坦なコイルからなり 、前記プローブを同調させ、適合させるために前記コイルの少なくとも一方を動 かせる手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項に記載の装置 。 17. 磁石を動かせた後で像形成を行なう前に、磁石の磁界を安定させる手 段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 18. 前記安定化手段が磁界の変動を検出する手段と、磁石の磁界を制御す る手段とを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第17項に記載の装置。 19. 前記磁石が円筒形の内穴を画成し、前記検出手段が前記磁石の内孔内 に装着され、該孔と共軸関係のコイルと、前記内孔と共軸であり、前記孔に沿っ てコイルよりも大きい距離まで延びており、前記コイルと容量的に電気接続され 、非強磁性材料である材料から形成されている導電性層とを含み、像形成技術に 対して必要な磁界の変動と干渉しないように磁界の変動を検出するのに十分な帯 域を有している電流をコイルに流しうるように選択された電気抵抗と厚さとを有 していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第18項に記載の装置。 20. RFプローブを周りの変動から遮断するRF遮断層であって、導電性 層を含むRF遮断層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第19項に記 載の装置。 21. RFプローブを周りの変動から遮断するRF遮断層であって、患者や 手術台の磁石の外側にある部分の周りに巻き付けられた導電性の可撓性の織布層 を含んでいるRF遮断層が設けられていることを特徴とする装置。
