Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)Be、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba、Sc、Ti、Zr、Hf、V、Ta、 Mo、W、Mn、Tc、Re、Ru、Os、Co、Rh、Ir、Ni、Pd、P t、Cu、Ag、Au、Zn、Cd、Hg、Al、Ga、In、Tl、Ge、S n、Pb、Bi、Ce、Pr、Nd、Pm、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、H o、Er、Tm、Yb及びLuから構成される群から選択される元素を含むプレ ドーパント物質で酸化鉄をプレドープする段階と、 b)前記プレドープした酸化鉄混合物を少なくとも600℃の温度まで加熱する 段階と、 c)前記プレドープして加熱した酸化鉄から触媒を形成する段階を含む酸化鉄触 媒の製造方法。 2.プレドーパント物質が単一金属酸化性塩、2金属酸化性塩、単純塩、酸化物 、炭素含有化合物、その混合物、その水和物及びその溶媒和物から構成される群 から選択される請求の範囲1に記載の方法。 3.前記プレドーパント物質がモリブデン、銅、カルシウム、亜鉛、コバルト及 びセリウムから構成される群から選択される元素を含む化合物である請求の範囲 1又は2に記載の方法。 4.前記プレドーパント物質が二モリブデン酸アンモニウム、三酸化モリブデン 、酸化銅、酸化亜鉛、酢酸カルシウム、炭酸コバルト及び炭酸セリウム(III )から構成される群から選択される請求の範囲2に記載の方法。 5.前記酸化鉄に(プレドーパント物質と酸化鉄の混合物の総重量を基にして) 約0.5重量%〜6重量%の前記プレドーパント物質をプレドープする請求の範 囲1に記載の方法。 6.段階c)が、段階b)の前記加熱してプレドープした酸化鉄を冷却する段階 と、前記冷却してプレドープした酸化鉄にプロモーターを加えて混合物を形成す る段階と、前記混合物から付形押出物を形成する段階と、前記付形押出物を加熱 する段階と、前記付形押出物を冷却する段階を含む請求の範囲1に記載の方法。 7.プロモーターがKと、Sc、Y、La、希土類、Mo、W、Ca、Mg、V 、Cr、Co、Ni、Mn、Cu、Zn、Cd、Al、Sn、Bi及びその混合 物から構成される群の1種以上を含む請求の範囲6に記載の方法。 8.段階b)の加熱が製造される触媒のメジアン細孔直径を0.10〜1.5μ mに増加させるのに充分な時間、600℃〜酸化鉄の融点の温度まで行われる請 求の範囲1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 9.前記酸化鉄触媒が0.05〜0.18cm3/gの細孔容積を示す請求の範 囲8に記載の方法。 10.前記プレドープした触媒を加熱する段階が温度を約800℃〜1100℃ に上昇させる段階を含む請求の範囲8に記載の方法。 11.請求の範囲1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造された酸化 鉄触媒。 12.請求の範囲11に記載の触媒量の触媒と接触させる段階を含む、飽和部分 をもつ組成物の脱水素方法。 13.エチルベンゼンを脱水素してスチレンを形成する請求の範囲12に記載の 方法。
