Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.フッ化金属有価物を含有する金属含有材料を鉱酸および錯化剤と接触させ て、(錯化剤)/(フッ化物)錯体を形成しかつ鉱石残留物の中に存在する少な くとも1種の金属有価物の少なくとも一部分を可溶化するために適当な温度およ び圧力の条件下に、鉱石残留物を温浸し(digest)、そして 生ずる固体および可溶化溶液を分離する、 を含む、フッ化金属有価物を含有する金属含有材料から金属有価物を可溶化する 方法。 2.鉱石残留物、酸および錯化剤を5〜40%の固体の範囲において水の中に 懸濁させ、そして固体の実質的にすべてを懸濁させて維持するために十分な量に おいて、温浸混合物を撹拌する、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.温浸混合物を40〜110℃の温度に0.25時間〜4.0時間の期間の 間維持する、請求項1に記載の方法。 4.鉱酸が硝酸(HNO3)、硫酸(H2SO4)、塩酸(HCl)および/ま たはそれらの混合物を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の方法。 5.錯化剤がアルミニウム、ケイ素および/またはそれらの混合物を含んでな る、請求項4に記載の方法。 6.利用する錯化剤の量が、錯化剤のモル量が下記の式に従う出発材料のモル 含量に関係づけられるのような量である、請求項5に記載の方法: (錯化剤のモル数)/(出発材料中のフッ化物のモル数)=0.2〜1.5。 7.利用する錯化剤の量が、酸により供給される量の水素イオン が、錯化剤の添加後、系中の結合酸素と反応するために十分であるのような量で ある、請求項6に記載の方法。 8.乾燥した出発材料の1ポンド当たり0.1ポンド〜2.0ポンドの酸を利 用する、請求項7に記載の方法。 9.請求項1に記載の方法に製造された生成物。 10.タンタルおよびニオブを含む出発材料から製造され、 出発材料よりも少なくとも2倍高い重量濃度のタンタル、 出発材料よりも少なくとも2倍高い重量濃度のニオブ、および 出発材料の中に存在する放射性有価物33重量%以下、 を含んでなる金属含有生成物。 11.放射性有価物を含んでなる金属含有材料を鉱酸および錯化剤と接触させ て、(錯化剤)/(フッ化物)錯体を形成しかつ鉱石残留物の中に存在する少な くとも1種の金属有価物の少なくとも一部分を可溶化するために適当な温度およ び圧力の条件下に、鉱石残留物を温浸し(digest)、そして 生ずる固体および可溶化溶液を分離する、 ことを含む、放射性有価物を含んでなる金属含有材料の中に存在する放射性有価 物を濃縮する方法。 12.不溶性フッ化物を錯化しかつ鉱石残留物の中に存在する錫以外の金属有 価物の少なくとも一部分を可溶化するために適当な温度および圧力の条件下に、 錫含有出発材料を鉱酸および錯化剤と接触させ、そして生ずる錫含有材料および 可溶化溶液を分離する、ことからなる、錫含有出発材料から錫金属有価物を回収 する方法。 13.錫金属有価物を含む出発材料から製造され、 出発材料よりも少なくとも2倍高い重量濃度の錫、および 出発材料の中に存在する放射性有価物33重量%以下、 を含んでなる金属含有生成物。
