Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.過度の温度上昇が起きた時にガス管路等の管路を自動的に閉鎖するための 過熱時安全用の管継手であって、ケーシング(1)内に配置された金属製の閉鎖 弁体(16)を備え、この閉鎖弁体(16)が閉鎖方向に作用する閉鎖ばね(1 4)の付勢下で、熱熔融性ろう材(22)を備えた感知要素によって弁開放位置 に保持されるものにおいて、 ケーシング(1)内に弁座(8)の軸線方向の延長線上で案内ピン(12)が 設けられ、この案内ピン上に閉鎖ばね(14)が配設され、この閉鎖ばねが圧縮 状態で極力、制御縁(20)として作用する狭窄部を備えているところの閉鎖弁 体(16)の盲穴(17)内に位置しており、 ケーシング(1)の内壁面に支持された熱熔融性ろう材(22)に一端側で支 えられ閉鎖弁体(16)の外向に対し上記制御縁(20)の領域で他端を接当さ せてあるところの感知要素のタベット(21)の作用下で該制御縁(20)が、 弁開放状態において閉鎖ばね(14)の作用によりストップ縁(24)で支えら れるように偏心させてあり、 熱熔融性ろう材(22)が熔融しそれによる上記タペット(21)の位置変更 が起きると上記制御縁(20)がもはや上記ストップ縁(24)に支えられず、 そのため閉鎖弁体(16)が閉鎖ばね(14)の作用により閉鎖位置へと移動す るものであり、この移動中に案内ピン(12)が弁座(8)に向けての閉鎖ばね (14)の案内路を形成し、該閉鎖ばねが閉鎖弁体(16)のガイドとして作用 することを特徴とする過熱時安全用の管継手。 2.制御縁(20)として作用するところの盲穴(17)の前記狭窄部を、閉 鎖弁休(16)において弁座(8)の反対側に位置する端に配置し、制御縁(2 0)の領域で閉鎖弁体(16)の外径を、弁座(8)の直径よりも実質的に小さ くしたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の管路を自動的に閉鎖するための過熱 時安全用の管継手。 3.前記案内ピン(12)を、閉鎖弁体(16)反対側の端を好ましくは圧力 嵌めによって幅拡大部(11)の両側端でケーシング(1)に対し結合した薄板 材成形品(10)により形成し、幅拡大部(11)にさらに閉鎖ばね(14)を 支える肩部(15)を形成したことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の管路 を自動的に閉鎖するための過熱時安全用の管継手。 4.前記薄板材成形品(10)が前記ストップ縁(24)を備えていることを 特徴とする、請求項3に記載の管路を自動的に閉鎖するための過熱時安全用の管 継手。 5.前記ストップ縁(24)を、閉鎖ばね(14)における前記弁座(8)反 対側の端に形成し、前記案内ピン(12)に、弁座(8)反対側の閉鎖ばね(1 4)端を受ける少なくとも1つの溝(13)を設けたことを特徴とする、請求項 1から3までの何れか一項に記載の管路を自動的に閉鎖するための過熱時安全用 の管継手。 6.互いに対向する2つの案内溝(9)をケーシング(1)に、好ましくは圧 力嵌めにより前記した薄板材成形品(10)の幅拡大部(11)を受け入れるた めに設けてあることを特徴とする、請求項3から5までの何れか一項に記載の管 路を自動的に閉鎖するための過熱時安全用の管継手。 7.前記タペット(21)をその長さ方向の一端で、前記溝(13)が位置す る側の薄板材成形品(10)の幅拡大部(11)に支えさせてあることを特徴と する、請求項6に記載の管路を自動的に閉鎖するための過熱時安全用の管継手。
