Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.基端から末端方向へ延びて末端領域に組織を受入れる開口を有する第1部材 と、 切削具を駆動して前記開口を介して切削具に露出する組織を切削具に切断させ るために第1部材内に設けられた第2部材と、 ハブと、 第1部材の基端に付設されたノブとを備え、 前記ノブは回転可能に係合するように前記ハブに装着されて第1部材を回転さ せると共に前記開口の前記ハブに対する回転方位を選択的に変化させ、 前記ノブは前記ノブが前記ハブに回転不能に係合するロック位置へ前記ハブに 対して軸方向に移動可能である外科手術装置。 2.前記ハブは前記ノブとハブとの間の回転可能な係合を復元するために前記ロ ック位置から反対方向に軸方向移動が可能である請求の範囲1記載の装置。 3.前記ハブは、前記ノブがハブに回転可能に係合するとき前記ノブの一部から 軸方向に間隔を有する突出部を備え、前記突出部は、前記ノブが前記ロック位置 へ軸方向に移動するとき前記ノブの前記一部に係合するように設けられてなる請 求の範囲1記載の装置。 4.前記ハブは、前記ノブが前記ロック位置へ軸方向に移動するとき前記ノブの 複数の部分に係合するよう設けられた複数の突出部を備える請求の範囲3記載の 装置。 5.前記ノブは、円周上に間隔を有して設けられた複数の部材を備えて前記ハブ の一部分がその中に設けられる開口を形成し、前記部材の各々は選択された幅を 有し、前記ハブはその幅だけの間隔を有する一対の突出部を備え、前記ノブが前 記ロック位置へ軸方向へ移動するとき前記部材の一つが前記突出部の対の間に配 置される請求の範囲3記載の装置。 6.前記ハブの上に前記選択された幅だけ互いに離れた第2の対の突出部をさら に備えてなる請求の範囲5記載の装置。 7.前記部材の1つは、ノブがロック位置へ軸方向に移動するとき前記突出部を 受入れるような形態を有するノッチを備えてなる請求の範囲5記載の装置。 8.前記ノブは前記ハブに装着され、前記ノブは前記ハブに係合しながら複数の 不連続な位置へ選択的に回転することができ、それによって前記開口を対応する 複数の不連続回転方位に選択的に位置付ける請求の範囲1記載の装置。 9.前記ハブは、前記の不連続位置にそれぞれ対応する複数の可撓性片持ち指状 突起を備え、前記ノブは複数の適合領域を有し、適合領域の各々は前記ノブの回 転中に前記指状突起の一つに係合して前記不連続回転方位の一つに前記開口の位 置を維持する請求の範囲8記載の装置。 10.前記ハブはその外部表面に尾根部を備え、前記ノブは、前記ノブが前記ロ ック位置へ軸方向に移動するとき前記尾根部に係合する弾性部材を備えてなる請 求の範囲9記載の装置。 11.前記ノブは、円周上に間隔を有して設けられた複数の弾 性部材を備えて前記ハブの一部分が設けられる開口を形成し、前記尾根部は前記 ハブの前記部分の周りに円周状に設けられてなる請求の範囲10記載の装置。 12.前記弾性部材の各々はノブが前記ロック位置へ軸方向に移動するときに前 記尾根部に係合する弾性突出部を備えてなる請求の範囲11記載の装置。 13.前記ハブの前記部分の周りに配置され前記第1の尾根部から軸方向に間隔 を有する第2の環状尾根部をさらに備え、前記弾性部材の半径方向の突起は前記 ノブが前記ハブに回転可能に係合するときに前記尾根部の間に軸方向に設けられ る請求の範囲12記載の装置。 14.前記第1部材は前記第1部材の軸から前記開口を角度的にずらせる弯曲領 域を備え、前記第2部材は前記弯曲領域に設けられた可撓性領域を有して前記第 2部材の基端に印加される力を前記弯曲領域を介して伝達し前記切削具を駆動さ せる請求の範囲1記載の装置。 15.基端から先端方向に延びる第1部材を備え第1部材は第1部材の末端を第 1部材の軸から角度的にずらせる弯曲領域を有し、 ハブに装着される基端を有し、前記弯曲領域の先端側に設けられた先端へ第1 部材と同軸に延びる第2部材を備え、前記第2部材はその末端に組織を受入れる 開口を有し、 前記第2部材に対して回転可能であり前記開口を介して露出する組織を切断す るように設けられた切削具と、前記第1部材 の基端に付設されたノブとを備え、 前記ノブは前記ハブに回転可能に係合するように装着されて第1部材を回転さ せると共に前記弯曲領域の回転方位をハブに対して選択的に変化させ、 前記ノブは前記ノブが前記ハブに回転不能に係合するロック位置へ前記ハブに 対して軸方向に回転可能である、軸に沿って設けられた外科手術装置。 16.前記ノブは前記ノブとハブとの間の回転可能な係合を復元するために前記 ロック位置から反対方向へ軸方向に移動可能である請求の範囲15記載の装置。 17.前記ハブは前記ノブがハブに回転可能に係合するときノブの一部分から軸 方向に離れる突出部を備え、前記突出部はノブが前記ロック位置へ軸方向に移動 するとき前記ノブの前記一部分に係合するように設けられてなる請求の範囲15 記載の装置。 18.前記ハブは前記ノブが前記ロック位置へ軸方向に移動するときノブの複数 の部分に係合するように設けられた複数の突出部を備えてなる請求の範囲16記 載の装置。 19.前記ノブは円周上に間隔を有して設けられた複数の部材を備えてハブの一 部が設けられる開口を形成し、前記部材の各々は選択された幅を有し、前記ハブ は前記幅だけ離れた一対の突出部を備え、前記部材の一つは前記ノブが前記ロッ ク位置へ軸方向に移動するとき前記対の突出部の間に配置される請求の範囲16 記載の装置。 20.前記ハブの上に前記選択された幅だけ互いに離れた第2の対の突出部をさ らに備えてなる請求の範囲19記載の装置。 21.前記部材の一つは前記ノブが前記ロック位置へ軸方向に移動するとき前記 突出部を受入れるように形成されたノッチを備えてなる請求の範囲19記載の装 置。 22.前記第2部材が前記弯曲領域に可撓性領域を備えてなる請求の範囲15記 載の装置。 23.前記第2部材は前記第1部材の中に設けられて前記第1部材の開放末端を 介して延びる請求の範囲22記載の装置。 24.前記第1部材は前記第2部材の中に設けられてなる請求の範囲22記載の 装置。 25.前記第1部材と第2部材とに同軸に設けられた第3部材をさらに備え、前 記第3部材は前記切削具に機能的に接続され前記切削具を駆動し、前記開口を介 して前記切削具に露出する組織を切断する請求の範囲15記載の装置。 26.前記第3部材が前記弯曲領域に可撓性領域を備えてなる請求の範囲25記 載の装置。 27.ノブに装着される基端領域を有する剛性外部チューブを備え、前記外部チ ューブは前記外部チューブの末端領域を前記基端領域から角度的に偏位させる弯 曲領域を有し、 ハブに装着される基端領域を有する中間チューブを備え、前記ノブは前記ハブ に回転可能に係合するように装着され、前記中間チューブは前記外部チューブ内 に同軸に設けられて前記弯曲領域の手術刃部末端の第1部分を有し、前記中間チ ューブは 少なくとも前記弯曲領域に可撓性領域を有して前記ハブの第2部分に印加される 力を前記弯曲領域を介して伝達し前記ハブの第1部分と前記弯曲領域との間の相 対的な回転方位を変化させ、 前記中間チューブの中に同軸に設けられる内部チューブを備え、前記内部チュ ーブは前記弯曲領域の末端に前記手術ハブの第2部分を有し、少なくとも前記弯 曲領域において可撓性領域を有して前記内部チューブの基端に印加される力を前 記弯曲領域を介して伝達して前記手術刃部の第2部分を前記手術刃部の第1部分 に対して回転させ、 前記ハブの上に設けられ前記ノブが前記ハブに係合するとき前記ノブの一部か ら軸方向に離れる突出部を備え、前記ノブはロック位置へ前記ハブに対して軸方 向に移動可能であり、そのロック位置において前記ノブの前記部分が前記突出部 に係合して前記ノブが前記ハブに対して回転不能となる外科手術装置。 28.前記ノブは前記ロック位置から反対方向へ軸方向に移動して前記ノブの前 記部分を前記突出部から開放し、前記ノブとハブとの間の回転可能な係合を復元 させることが可能である請求の範囲27記載の装置。 29.基端から先端方向に延び末端領域に組織を受入れる開口を有する第1部材 と、 前記第1部材の中に設けられ切削具を駆動し前記開口を介して前記切削具に露 出する組織を切断させる第2部材と、 ハブと、 前記第1部材の基端に付設されたノブとを備え、 前記ノブは前記ハブに回転可能に係合するように装着されて第1部材を回転し て前記開口の回転方位を前記ハブに対して変化させ、前記ノブは前記ノブが前記 ハブに回転不能に係合するロック位置へ前記ハブに対して軸方向に移動可能であ る外科手術装置を関節の外側から筋肉組織の穿刺切開を介して関節に導入し、 前記開口が前記関節の第1領域の肉体組織に隣接して配置されるように前記ノ ブを前記ハブに対して回転させて前記開口の回転方位を前記ハブに対して選択し 、 前記ノブを前記ロック位置へ軸方向に移動させることによって前記開口を選択 された回転方位にロックし、関節の第1領域における肉体組織を前記切削具によ って切断する工程を備えてなる関節空間用手術方法。 30.モータ駆動式のハンドピースを有する請求の範囲1の装置を備え、前記ハ ンドピースはその末端領域に前記装置の基端を受入れる形態を有する外科手術シ ステム。 31.キット方式からなる請求の範囲30記載の外科手術システム。 32.添付された図面を参照してここに実質的に説明された外科手術装置。 33.添付された図面を参照してここに実質的に説明された外科手術システム。
