Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 内燃機関、特に自動車エンジンのための吸気機構において、 該機構を内燃機関に固定するためのフランジが設けられており、 捕集ユニットが設けられており、該捕集ユニットが、吸込空気を供給するた めの少なくとも1つの接続部と、吸気管の総数に相当する数の、吸気管のための 接続部とを有しており、前記フランジの接続部と、捕集ユニットの各接続部との 間で、プラスチックブロー成形技術で製造される吸気管が結合されていることを 特徴とする吸気機構。 2. 吸気管と接続フランジとの接続部及び又は吸気管と捕集ユニットとの接続部 が振動減衰されている、請求項1記載の吸気機構。 3. 各吸気管が接続部に、有利には組み付け射出成形法によって加工成形される エラストマを介して結合されている、請求項2記載の吸気機構。 4. 接続フランジと捕集ユニットとが、熱可塑性のプラスチックから、射出成形 法によって製造されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の吸気機構 。 5. 捕集ユニットから、吸気管への別の接続部が設けられていて、この捕集ユニ ットが、前記別の接続部 を開放又は閉鎖する切換装置を備えている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項 記載の吸気機構。 6. 前記別の接続部が付加的な吸い込み間に通じている、請求項5記載の吸気機 構。 7. 捕集ユニットが、ガラス繊維強化された、長繊維を含む熱可塑性材料から成 っている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の吸気機構。 8. 捕集ユニットが、スロットルバルブ、空気量測定器のような付加的な部材を 有していて、モジュールの形式の構成を有している、請求項1から7までのいず れか1項記載の吸気機構。
