Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 液体媒体中に懸濁した粒子間の化学的、物理的または物理化学的反応を行 うための装置であって、一般的な平らな基板、該基板上に複数の相互連結流路を 規定する手段および当該チャネルおよび/または該チャネル間のジャンクション と連結する複数の電極アレイ、および電気信号を該電極アレイに負荷して、1以 上の起電現象によって該チャネル内で液体中に懸濁した粒子の運動を引き起こす ための手段を含む該装置。 2. 該相互連結流路が単一平面アレイを構成する請求項1記載の装置。 3. 該チャネルがフォトリソグラフィーおよび/またはレーザー加工によって 作成される請求項1または2記載の装置。 4. 該チャネルの幅が、反応させるべき粒子の平均粒子サイズの少なくとも2 倍である請求項1ないし3いずれか1項記載の装置。 5. 該電極アレイおよびそれらに電気信号を負荷する手段を適合して、誘電泳 動および/またはエレクトロローテーションおよび/または進行波誘電泳動によ って粒子を運動させる請求項1ないし4いずれか1項記載の装置。 6. 少なくともいくつかの該電極アレイが配置されて、適当な電気信号がそこ に負荷された場合、粒子トラップとして作用し、異なる電気信号をそこに負荷す ることによってそこから粒子を放出することができる前記請求項いずれか1項記 載の装置。 7. 少なくとも1つの電極アレイを適合させて、その連結した流路をエレクト ロローテーション分析チャンバーを構成する前記請求項いずれか1項記載の装置 。 8. 1つの入り口チャネルおよび2つの出口チャネルを含み、ここに該入り口 および両方の該出口チャネルと結合した該電極アレイおよび電気信号を該電極ア レイに負荷するための該手段を適合して、異なる特性の粒子を該入り口チャネル から入れて、該2つの出口チャネルへ分類する前記請求項いずれか1項記載の装 置。
