Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.触媒担体に水溶性パラジウム化合物及び水溶性金化合物を含浸させ、該 水溶性パラジウム化合物及び該水溶性金化合物を該担体に非水溶性パラジウム化 合物及び非水溶性金化合物として固定させ、そして該非水溶性パラジウム化合物 をパラジウム金属に及び該非水溶性金化合物を金の金属に還元する、不飽和エス テルを合成するための触媒を調製する方法において、水溶性金化合物を二段階で 含浸及び固定することを含み、第一量の水溶性金化合物を担体上に含浸させてか ら第一量の非水溶性金化合物として固定させた後に、該担体に第二量の水溶性金 化合物を含浸させ、そして該第二量の水溶性金化合物を第二量の非水溶性金化合 物として固定させることを特徴とする方法。 2.第一量の水溶性金化合物を触媒担体に含浸及び固定させる前に、水溶性 パラジウム化合物が該触媒担体に固定される、請求項1記載の方法。 3.触媒担体上に水溶性パラジウム化合物及び第一量の水溶性金化合物を含 浸させてから同時に固定させる、請求項1記載の方法。 4.非水溶性パラジウム化合物及び第一及び第二量の非水溶性金化合物をパ ラジウム及び金の金属に同時に還元する、請求項1記載の方法。 5.固定されたパラジウム化合物及び第一量の固定された非水溶性金化合物 をパラジウム金属に還元した後に、該触媒担体に第二量の水溶性金化合物を含浸 させる、請求項2記載の方法。 6.水溶性パラジウム化合物を含浸させた担体を該水溶性パラジウム化合物 と反応性の化合物を含有する溶液中に約16時間浸漬して該含浸させた担体上に 非水溶性パラジウム化合物を析出させることにより、該水溶性パラジウム化合物 を固定させる、請求項1記載の方法。 7.水溶性パラジウム化合物を含浸させた担体を、該水溶性パラジウム化合 物と反応性の化合物を含有する溶液中で回転させて、該水溶性パラジウム化合物 の非水溶性パラジウム化合物への析出を完結させる、請求項1記載の方法。 8.含浸させた担体を約1〜約10rpmで少なくとも約0.5時間回転さ せる、請求項7記載の方法。 9.第一量の水溶性金化合物を含浸させた担体を、該水溶性金化合物と反応 性の化合物を含有する溶液中で回転させて、非水溶性金化合物の析出を完結させ る、請求項1記載の方法。 10.含浸させた担体を約1〜約10rpmで少なくとも約0.5時間回転さ せる、請求項9記載の方法。 11.第二量の含浸水溶性金化合物を含む担体を回転させて非水溶性金化合物 の析出を完結させる、請求項1記載の方法。 12.担体を約1〜約10rpmで少なくとも約0.5時間回転させる、請求 項11記載の方法。 13.第一量の水溶性金化合物を含浸させた担体を、該第一量の水溶性金化合 物と反応性の化合物を含有する溶液中に約16時間浸漬して、該第一量の水溶性 金化合物の非水溶性金化合物を析出させることにより、該担体上に含浸させた第 一量の水溶性金化合物を固定させる、請求項1記載の方法。 14.第二量の水溶性金化合物を含浸させた担体を、該第二量の水溶性金化合 物と反応性の化合物を含有する溶液中に約16時間浸漬して、該第二量の水溶性 金化合物の非水溶性金化合物を析出させることにより、該担体上に含浸させた第 二量の水溶性金化合物を固定させる、請求項1記載の方法。 15.担体に第二量の水溶性金化合物及び固定用化合物を含有する溶液を含浸 させる、請求項1記載の方法。 16.非水溶性パラジウム化合物及び第一及び第二量の非水溶性金化合物をエ チレン又はヒドラジンを含む還元剤でパラジウム金属及び金の金属に還元する、 請求項1記載の方法。 17.還元剤がヒドラジンであり、そしてヒドラジンのパラジウム及び金の金 属に対する重量比が約12:1である、請求項16記載の方法。 18.非水溶性パラジウム化合物及び第一量の非水溶性金化合物を二段階で固 定する請求項1記載の方法であって、第一固定段階を水溶性パラジウム化合物と 反応性でかつ第一量の水溶性金化合物と反応性の化合物を含有する溶液中で行っ て非水溶性パラジウム化合物及び第一量の非水溶性金化合物を担体上に析出させ 、次いで、第二固定段階において、該担体を、該水溶性パラジウム化合物及び該 水 溶性金化合物と反応性の化合物を含有する追加の溶液と接触させて非水溶性パラ ジウム化合物及び非水溶性金化合物を担体上に更に析出させる方法。 19.担体にアルカリ金属酢酸塩を含浸させることを更に含む、請求項1記載 の方法。 20.アルカリ金属酢酸塩が、酢酸カリウム、酢酸ナトリウム、酢酸リチウム 、酢酸ルビジウム又は酢酸セシウムを含む、請求項19記載の方法。 21.各固定段階の後に洗浄及び乾燥を更に含む、請求項1記載の方法。 22.水溶性パラジウム塩が、塩化パラジウム、塩化パラジウムナトリウム又 は硝酸パラジウムを含む、請求項1記載の方法。 23.水溶性金化合物が塩化金又は活性酸を含む、請求項1記載の方法。 24.水溶性パラジウム化合物及び第一量の水溶性金化合物を、ナトリウムイ オンを含む固定用溶液中で担体に固定する請求項1記載の方法であって、該ナト リウムイオンの該水溶性パラジウム化合物及び該第一量の水溶性金化合物からの 塩素イオンに対する重量比が約1.2:1である方法。 25.第二量の水溶性金化合物を、ナトリウムイオンを含む固定用溶液中で担 体に固定する請求項1記載の方法であって、該ナトリウムイオンの該第二量の水 溶性金化合物からの塩素イオンに対する重量比が約1.8:1である方法。 26.触媒の担体上のパラジウム金属の量が約3〜約8g/lの濃度で含まれ 、触媒の担体上の金の金属の量が約1.5〜約14g/lの濃度で含まれる、請 求項1記載の方法。 27.触媒上のパラジウム金属の量が約7g/lで含まれ、触媒上の金の金属 の量が約7g/lで含まれる、請求項1記載の方法。 28.触媒が約0.2:1〜約2:1の金/パラジウムの重量比を有する、請 求項1記載の方法。 29.触媒上の全体の金の約1/2〜約3/4が第一含浸工程の間に添加され 、残りが第二含浸工程で添加される、請求項1記載の方法。
