Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 一組の下方および上方の切断用のロール(12、14)を有し、帯状材の シートがその間を通って移動する間隙を前記ロールは決定する、移動する帯状材 Wのシートを所定の長さに切断する切断装置(10)において、 前記下方および上方のロールを同期して操作し、同期して回転させる手段(2 0,22)と、 前記下方および上方のロールの一方(14)にあり、切断位置を決定する止め 具(32)と、 前記下方および上方のロールの他方(12)にあり、移動可能な切断刃(52 )と、 前記切断刃を前記止め具に近づけ、遠ざけるように移動させる手段(54)と 、 を備え、 前記切断刃は前記止め具に対してわずかにずれがあり、前記切断刃は前記止め 具に接して移動し、前記切断刃と前記止め具がせん断することで帯状材を切断す ることを特徴とする切断装置。 2. 移動可能な前記切断刃(52)は、前記下方および上方のロールの他方( 12)を貫通して延びる複数の操作ロッド(54)に接続され、 カム手段(60)は前記操作ロッド(54)上にあり、 カム操作手段(62)は、前記下方および上方のロールの他方の外側に位置し て、前記カム手段(60)と連動し、前記下方および上方のロールの他方(12 )は前記カム手段(60)を前記カム操作手段(62)と接触させ、前記操作ロ ッド(54)が前記切断刃を前記止め具に向かって進ませるようにすることを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の切断装置。 3. 前記切断用のロール(12、14)を、動力操作手段(80)により、始 動させ停止させる手段を備え、前記動力操作手段(80)は前記切断装置の上流 に位置する長さ計測手段(24)に接続され、前記長さ計測手段(24)は前記 帯状材の長さを計測し、前記動力操作手段に信号を送ることを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の切断装置。 4. 前記切断刃(52)は前記止め具(32)に対しわずかなせん断角をもっ て取付けられることにより、前記帯状材の一方で切断を始め、他方まで継続させ ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切断装置。 5. 前記2個のロール(12、14)が好ましくは比較的小さいことにより、 始動と停止を容易にできるようにし、切断位置を正確にできるようにしたことを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の切断装置。 6. 切断が完了してすぐに、前記切断刃(52)が前記カム操作手段(62) により解放されることにより、前記帯状材の上流端が前記ロール(12、14) の間を障害なく通過できるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切断装 置。 7. 前記カム操作手段(62)を支持する移動可能な取付手段(64)と、 不活動位置と活動位置の間で、前記取付手段を移動させる動力操作手段( 74)と、 を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切断装置。 8. 前記ロール(12、14)の断面はおよそ楕円形であり、前記ロール(1 2、14)には2個の頂部(28、30、42、44)が明確に存在し、前記止 め具(32)は前記ロールの一方の一つの頂部(28)に位置し、スロット(4 5)と前記切断刃(52)は前記ロールの他方の頂部(42)に位置することを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の切断装置。 9. 前記ロールの他方(12)を径に沿って貫通し、前記操作ロッド(54) が内部にある貫通開口部(46)と、 前記ロールの他方に前記操作ロッドが引っ込む位置に前記操作ロッドを偏らせ る手段と、 を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の切断装置。 10. 前記止め具の前記ロールの一方(14)が一つの頂部における直角の肩 部(36)を明確に決定し、固定手段(38)は前記止め具を前記肩部に固定し 、前記止め具は修理点検のために取り外し可能であることを特徴とする請求項8 に記載の切断装置。 11. 前記カム操作手段(62)は、取付棒(64)に取付けられたカムロー ラ(62)を有し、前記操作ロッド(54)上の前記カム肩部(60)に噛み合 うことも噛み合わないことも可能であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の切断 装置。 12. 移動可能な前記取付手段(64)は、 ローラである前記カム操作手段(62)が取付けられる取付棒(64)と、 取付棒(64)に対し移動可能なスライド棒(68)と、 前記取付棒を上下する前記取付棒(64)上の傾斜手段966、77)と、 前記スライド棒(68)を2つの位置の間で移動させる動力操作手段と、 を備えたことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の切断装置。 13. 移動する帯状材Wのシートを切断する方法であって、前記帯状材が一組 の下方および上方の切断用のロール(12、14)を通過することにより前記帯 状材を所定の長さに切断し、前記帯状材のシートがその間を通って移動する間隙 を前記ロールは決定する、帯状材の切断方法において、 前記下方および上方のロールを同期して回転させ、 前記下方および上方のロールの一方に止め具(32)を位置させ、 前記止め具に切断位置を決定させ、 前記下方および上方のロールの他方に移動可能な切断刃(52)を位置させ、 前記切断刃(52)を前記止め具(32)に近づけ、遠ざけるように移動させ 、 前記切断刃を前記止め具に対してわずかにずらせ、前記切断刃は前記止め具に 接して移動し、前記切断刃と前記止め具がせん断することで帯状材を切断するこ とを特徴とする帯状材の切断方法。 14. 移動可能な前記切断刃(52)は、前記ロールの他方を貫通して延びる 複数の操作ロッド(54)に接続され、カム手段(60)は前記操作ロッド上に あり、前記下方および上方のロールの他方の外側に位置し、カム操作手段(62 )は前記カム手段(60)と連動するものであり、 前記ロールを回転させる段階であって、 前記カム手段(60)を前記カム操作手段(62)と接触させ、 前記操作ロッドが前記切断刃を前記止め具に向かって進ませるようにする段階 を備えたことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の帯状材の切断方法。 15. 前記切断用のロールを動力操作手段(80)により始動させ停止させる 段階を備え、 前記動力操作手段(80)は前記切断装置の上流に位置する長さ計測手段(2 4)に接続され、 前記長さ計測手段(24)は前記帯状材の長さを計測し、前記動力操作手段に 信号を送ることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の帯状材の切断方法。
