Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.液面指示計であって、非磁性材料の立ち上がり円筒形管、この管内に同軸に 移動可能に整列する第一の円筒形永久磁石、この管の外に同軸に移動可能に配列 される第二の環状の永久磁石を組み合わせてなり、1つの前記磁石がフロートに よって支持され、磁石の磁場が同様な方向に配列され、磁石が磁気反発によって 他の磁石をフロートが支えることにより支持するように相対的に軸方向に磁石が 隔置される、ことを特徴とする液面指示計。 2.第三の永久磁石が提供され、この第三の磁石は前記第一の永久磁石もしくは 前記第二の永久磁石のどちらかと機械的に連結され、この第三の磁石が連結され る磁石の形状と同様であり、この第三の磁石の磁場が前記第一及び第二の磁石の 磁場の方向と同一である、請求項1記載の液面指示計。 3.前記第一の磁石が前記フロートによって支持され、前記フロートが管内を滑 動可能であり、前記第二の磁石が該管の外側に沿って滑動可能な液面指示スリー ブに取り付けられる、請求項1又は2記載の液面指示計。 4.非磁性材料の立ち上がり円筒形管、この管に沿ってこの管内に同軸に移動可 能な円筒円盤形状もしくは環形状の第一の円筒形永久磁石、この管を取り囲み、 かつこの管の外側に沿って軸方向に移動可能な環形状の第二の永久磁石を組み合 わせてなり;前記磁石の双方が、前記管の軸に沿ってもしくはそれらに平行に整 列される磁極を備え、磁場方向に関して同一の極を有するように、お互いにもし くは管に関して配向するように磁化され維持され、前記磁石の1つが、液体の表 面に浮くように適合されて配置されるフロート内に組み込まれ、同時に前記磁石 のもう一方は前記浮動磁石によって採用される高さより上方で磁気反発によって 支持され、該磁気反発が軸方向及び半径方向の成分を有する、請求項1記載の液 面指示計。 5.軸方向前後に移動可能な、一般に前記管の軸に沿う、3つの永久磁石が存在 し、該全ての磁石は、管の軸に沿いかつ平行な磁場方向で同一の極を備えるよう に磁化され、前記磁石の2つが互いに固定された距離で前記軸に沿って対をなし て配列され、同時に第三の磁石が磁気反発によって前記対の磁石の高さの間の高 さで、一般に前記対の磁石と同軸に維持される、請求項4記載の液面指示計。 6.1つ以上の磁石を設ける液面指示スリーブが、前記管内の軸方向に移動可能 に配列される1つ以上の前記永久磁石の影響下で、前記管の外側で前記管に沿っ て滑動可能に配列され、前記管内で軸方向に移動可能に配列される前記1つもし くは複数の磁石を支持するフロートを含む、請求項4又は5記載の液面指示計。 7.前記管及び前記液面指示スリーブが透明ハウジングに囲まれる、請求項6記 載の液面指示計。 8.前記液面指示スリーブが、複数の高さにマークを備え、フロートが浮く液体 表面でフロートの浮力レベルに対応して計算され、該浮力レベルが前記液体の密 度により変化し、及び/又は前記マークが前記指示スリーブ内に取り付けられる 磁石の高さに関してフロート支持磁石の高さに関して補正するように計算され、 前記高さの選択された1つでマークにプロミネンスを与える指示手段を含む、請 求項6記載の液面指示計。 9.前記指示スリーブが、前記軸面で分離し、2つの分離可能な半スリーブによ って構成され、この半スリーブが前記管を取り囲むように組み立てられる際に共 に固定可能である、請求項6〜8の1項記載の液面指示計。 10.前記フロートが、前記ゲージ管の内側壁に対向する細長い円筒形の壁を備 え、前記フロートと前記ゲージ管壁の接触が、前記フロートの円筒形壁に点もし くは突起部を与えることにより最小となり、前記フロートの壁に与えられるこの 突起部が2つの隔置されたリングであり、前記フロートのただ1つの部分が前記 ゲージ管の壁と接触する、請求項6記載の液面指示計。 11.前記磁石の各々が、前記管の内側に沿って滑動可能な円筒もしくは前記管 の外側に沿って滑動可能なスリーブとして構成される準円筒形部材に連結され、 もしくはこの準円筒形部材内に組み込まれ;この準円筒形部材の各々が、前記管 に対して滑動する管の面の直径の少なくとも1.5倍である軸長さを有する、請求 項3又は4〜6の1項記載の液面指示計。 12.前記他の磁石に機械的に連結される前記第三の磁石を与える実施例におい て、これら連結された2つの磁石が、前記管の外径と少なくとも等しい距離をも って軸方向に隔置(中心−中心)される、請求項2記載の液面指示計。
