Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 電動モータのためのロータであって、長手方向軸線に対して同軸的に配置さ れたロータ軸とロータコアと整流子とを備えており、ロータコアが、内部に配置 された少なくとも1つのロータ巻線を備えた巻線スロットと、整流子に面した第 1の端面と、整流子とは反対側の第2の端面とを有しており、ロータ軸が、ロー タコアと整流子との間に位置する第1の区分と、ロータコアの前記第2の端面を 起点として延びていて、整流子とは反対側の第2の区分とを有しており、整流子 が、ロータコアに面した結合端面と、前記長手方向軸線に対して同軸的な内孔と を有している形式のものにおいて、 前記巻線スロット(6)と、ロータコア(3)の第1の端面(8)と第2の端 面(9)と、ロータ軸(2)の第1の区分(12)と第2の区分(13)とが、 第1の焼結されるエポキシ樹脂層(14)によって被覆されていて、整流子(7 )がその結合端面(23)で、少なくとも1つの凹部(32)を有しており、整 流子(7)が、前記結合端面(23)を起点として、長手方向軸線(1)の方向 で内孔(24)に向かって延びる少なくとも1つの切欠(29)を有しており、 前記第1の焼結されるエポキシ樹脂層(14)が、整流子(7)の位置固定のた め に、少なくとも1つの前記凹部(32)と、少なくとも1つの前記切欠(29) 内に係合することを特徴とする、電動モータのためのロータ。 2. 整流子(7)の少なくとも1つの切欠が、結合端面(23)から内孔(24 )に向かって減径する円錐面(29)として形成されている、請求項1記載のロ ータ。 3. ロータ巻線(38)と、該ロータ巻線(38)から整流子(7)にまで通じ 、該整流子に接続する接続線材(37)とが、第2の焼結されるエポキシ樹脂層 (39)によって被覆されている、請求項1又は2記載のロータ。 4. 長手方向軸線に対して同軸的に配置されたロータ軸とロータコアと整流子と を備えており、ロータコアが、内部に配置された少なくとも1つのロータ巻線の ための巻線スロットと、整流子に面した第1の端面と、整流子とは反対側の第2 の端面とを有しており、ロータ軸が、ロータコアと整流子との間に位置する第1 の区分と、ロータコアの前記第2の端面を起点として延びていて、整流子とは反 対側の第2の区分とを有しており、整流子が、ロータコアに面した結合端面と、 前記長手方向軸線に対して同軸的な内孔とを有しているような電動モータのため のロータを製造するための方法において、 ロータコア(3)をロータ軸(2)に被せ嵌めた 後、ロータ軸(2)の前記第1の区分(12)と第2の区分(13)と、ロータ コア(3)の前記第1の端面(8)と第2の端面(9)と巻線スロット(6)と を、静電的にエポキシ樹脂粉末(14)によって粉末被覆し、次いでこのエポキ シ樹脂粉末(14)を、可塑化温度及び硬化温度にまで加熱し、次いで整流子( 7)をロータ軸(2)の終端位置にまで押し込み、この際にロータ軸(2)の前 記第1の区分(12)の可塑化されたエポキシ樹脂(14)の一部を押しのけ、 該エポキシ樹脂の一部が、結合端面(23)に当て付けられ、前記内孔(24) に進入することを特徴とする、電動モータのためのロータを製造するための方法 。 5. 少なくとも1つのロータ巻線(38)を、ロータコア(3)の巻線スロット (6)に挿入した後、ロータ巻線(38)と、該ロータ巻線(38)から整流子 (7)に通じ、該整流子に接続される接続線材(37)と、整流子(7)の結合 端面(23)を、静電的にエポキシ樹脂粉末(39)によって粉末被覆し、次い で、このエポキシ樹脂粉末(39)を可塑化温度及び硬化温度にまで加熱する、 請求項4記載の方法。
