Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.免疫応答を刺激する方法であって、 a)インチミン、インチミン様タンパク質、またはその一部をコードするベ クターで植物を形質転換して、該植物がインチミン、インチミン様タンパク質 、またはその一部を発現するようになし、そして b)該植物またはその一部を患者に投与する、 ことを含んでなる方法。 2.インチミン、インチミン様タンパク質、またはその一部が、該インチミン、 インチミン様タンパク質、またはその一部に組換え的に融合された少なくとも 1つの抗原、少なくとも1つの薬物またはそれらの組合せ物をさらに含む、請 求項1に記載の方法。 3.免疫応答を刺激する方法であって、 a)インチミン、インチミン様タンパク質、またはその一部をコードするベ クターで植物を形質転換して、該植物がインチミン、インチミン様タンパク質 、またはその一部を発現するようになし、 b)該植物またはその一部からインチミン、インチミンの一部、またはイン チミン様タンパク質を抽出し、そして c)抽出したインチミン、インチミンの一部、またはインチミン様タンパク 質を患者に投与する、 ことを含んでなる方法。 4.インチミン、インチミン様タンパク質、またはその一部が、該インチミン、 インチミン様タンパク質、またはその一部に組換え的に融合された少なくとも 1つの抗原、少なくとも1つの薬物またはそれらの組合せ物をさらに含む、請 求項3に記載の方法。 5.投与に先立ってインチミン、インチミンの一部、またはインチミン様タンパ ク質を富化することをさらに含む、請求項3または4に記載の方法。 6.投与に先立ってインチミン、インチミンの一部、またはインチミン様タンパ ク質を精製することをさらに含む、請求項3または4に記載の方法。 7.前記植物がEHEC(腸管出血性大腸菌)のインチミンを発現する、請求項1、 2、3または4に記載の方法。 8.インチミン、インチミン様タンパク質、またはその一部がヒスチジンタグを さらに含む、請求項1、2、3または4に記載の方法。 9.前記植物が単子葉植物である、請求項1、2、3または4に記載の方法。 10.前記植物が双子葉植物である、請求項1、2、3または4に記載の方法。 11.前記植物がアルファルファである、請求項1、2、3または4に記載の方法 。 12.前記植物がニンジン、カノーラ、タバコ、バナナおよびジャガイモよりなる 群から選択される、請求項1、2、3または4に記載の方法。 13.前記植物細胞がダイズ、ヒマワリ、落花生、綿、サツマイモ、カッサバ、コ ーヒー、ココナツ、パイナップル、柑橘類、ココヤシ、チャ、アボカド、イチ ジク、グアヴァ、マンゴー、オリーブ、パパイア、カシュー、マカデミア、ア ーモンド、サトウダイコン、トウモロコシ、コムギ、カラスムギ、ライムギ、 オオムギ、イネ、トマト、レタス、インゲン(green bean)、アオイマメ(lima bean)、エンドウマメ、cucumis(キュウリ、メロン)、cantalupensis、マス クメロン、アザレア、アジサイ、ハイビスカス、バラ、チューリップ、スイセ ン、ペチュニア、カーネーション、ポインセチア、キクおよびコニファーより なる群から選択される、請求項1、2、3または4に記載の方法。 14.植物におけるインチミン、インチミン様タンパク質、またはその一部をコー ドする異種DNAの発現をコードしているDNA構築物。 15.異種DNAがインチミン、インチミン様タンパク質、またはその一部に組換 え的に融合された少なくとも1つの抗原、少なくとも1つの薬物またはそれら の組合せ物をさらにコードしている、請求項14に記載のDNA構築物。 16.前記構築物が植物形質転換ベクターである、請求項14または15に記載のDN A構築物。 17.植物形質転換ベクターがアグロバクテリウム(Agrobacterium)ベクターであ る、請求項16に記載のDNA構築物。 18.植物形質転換ベクターが微粒子である、請求項16に記載のDNA構築物。 19.植物形質転換ベクターがウイルスベクターである、請求項16に記載のDNA 構築物。 20.前記DNAによりコードされるインチミン、インチミン様タンパク質、また はその一部がヒスチジンタグをさらに含む、請求項16に記載のDNA構築物。 21.異種DNAのコドンが植物細胞内での発現にとって有利なコドンと置き換え られる、請求項16に記載のDNA構築物。 22.インチミン、インチミン様タンパク質、またはその一部をコードする異種D NAをコードしかつ発現する異種DNA構築物を含有する植物細胞。 23.異種DNAがインチミン、インチミン様タンパク質、またはその一部に組換 え的に融合された少なくとも1つの抗原、少なくとも1つの薬物またはそれら の組合せ物をさらにコードしている、請求項22に記載の植物細胞。 24.異種DNAによりコードされるインチミン、インチミン様タンパク質、また はその一部がヒスチジンタグをさらに含む、請求項22に記載の植物細胞。 25.異種DNAのコドンが植物細胞内での発現にとって有利なコドンと置き換え られる、請求項22、23または24に記載の植物細胞。 26.再生能のある植物細胞を用意し、該植物細胞を請求項14または15に記載のD NA構築物で形質転換することを含んでなる、トランスジェニック植物細胞の 作出方法。 27.植物細胞に前記DNA構築物を移入するアグロバクテリウムベクターを該植 物細胞に感染させることで形質転換を行う、請求項26に記載の方法。 28.前記DNA構築物を担持する微粒子を植物細胞に射入することで形質転換を 行う、請求項26に記載の方法。 29.ウイルスベクターを用いて形質転換を行う、請求項26に記載の方法。 30.植物細胞が再生能のある植物組織中にある、請求項26に記載の方法。 31.形質転換した植物細胞からシュートを再生させることをさらに含む、請求項 26に記載の方法。 32.形質転換した植物細胞から根を再生させることをさらに含む、請求項26に記 載の方法。 33.形質転換した植物細胞から植物体を再生させることをさらに含む、請求項26 に記載の方法。 34.前記植物が単子葉植物である、請求項26に記載の方法。 35.前記植物が双子葉植物である、請求項26に記載の方法。 36.前記DNAによりコードされるインチミン、インチミン様タンパク質、また はその一部がヒスチジンタグをさらに含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
