Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.流体流路にインライン接続されるように適合した化学的に不活性な流量計に おいて、 (a)ハウジングを有し、該ハウジングは、流体の流れ用通路を形成するよう に前記ハウジングを介して延びる第1の所定の横断面積の縦穴を有し、該通路の 入口端と出口端は、流体流路にインライン接続するために適合するものであり、 更に、前記ハウジングは、それぞれ前記ハウジングの外部表面から前記ハウジン グの縦穴に交差してそれぞれ延びる第1及び第2の離間した個々のキャビティを 有し、前記縦穴は、前記第1及び第2のキャビティ間に配置されたくぼみ部分を 有し、前記くぼみ部分は、前記第1の所定の横断面積よりも小さい第2の横断面 積を有する第2の穴を有し、 (b)前記第1のキャビティ内に設けられ、流路内の圧力の変化を検知するた めの第1の検知手段を有し、 (c)前記第2のキャビティ内に設けられ、流路内の圧力の変化を検知するた めの第2の検知手段を有し、 (d)ハウジングのキャビティ内の位置に前記第1及び第2の検知手段を固定 させるための押さえ付け手段を有し、 (e)前記ハウジング内に含まれ、前記流路内の圧力の変化を検知するための 第1及び第2の検知手段に接続される電子回路を有し、前記電子回路は、前記穴 内の圧力に比例する制御信号を生成する ことを特徴とする流量計。 2.請求項1記載の流量計において、 前記電子回路は、更に、穴内の流体の流量の割合に比例した信号を生成するこ とを特徴とする流量計。 3.請求項2記載の流量計において、 前記電子回路は、更に、流量の割合がゼロのときに与えられる圧力差を補償す るために前記制御信号を調整する手段を含むことを特徴とする流量計。 4.請求項1記載の流量計において、 前記縦穴のくぼみ部分は、着脱自在な挿入部材からなることを特徴とする流量 計。 5.請求項1記載の流量計において、 更に、それぞれ前記第1及び第2のキャビティ内に含まれる化学的に不活性な 可撓性のある膜を前記ハウジングの縦穴に近接して有し、各膜は、第1及び第2 の対向する主面を有し、前記第1の主面は、流体流路を流れる流体にさらされて いることを特徴とする流量計。 6.請求項1記載の流量計において、 排管は、前記ハウジングの外部表面から前記第1及び第2の離間する個々のキ ャビティの少なくとも1つに交差して延びていることを特徴とする流量計。 7.請求項6記載の流量計において、 前記排管は、更に、前記排管内の流体の存在を検知するために前記排管内に配 置されたセンサを有することを特徴とする流量計。 8.請求項4記載の流量計において、 前記着脱自在な挿入部材は、サファイアから製造されることを特徴とする流量 計。 9.請求項1記載の流量計において、 前記第1及び第2の検知手段は、それぞれサファイア静電容量センサからなる ことを特徴とする流量計。 10.請求項1記載の流量計において、 前記電子回路は、流路内の温度の変動を補償するために前記制御信号を調整す る手段を含むことを特徴とする流量計。 11.流体流路のインラインに接続されるように適合した化学的に不活性な流量 計において、 (a)ハウジングを有し、該ハウジングは、流体の流れ用通路を形成するよう に前記ハウジングを介して延びる第1の所定の横断面積の縦穴を有し、該通路の 入口端と出口端は、流体流路にインライン接続するために適合するものであり、 更に、前記ハウジングは、それぞれ前記ハウジングの外部表面から前記ハウジン グの縦穴に交差してそれぞれ延びる第1及び第2の離間する個々のキャビティを 有し、前記縦穴は、前記第1及び第2のキャビティ間に配置されたくぼみ部分を 有し、前記くぼみ部分は、前記第1の所定の横断面積よりも小さい第2の横断面 積をもった第2の穴を有し、 (b)前記第1のキャビティ内に設けられ、流路内の圧力の変化を検知するた めの第1の検知手段を有し、 (c)前記第2のキャビティ内に設けられ、流路内の圧力の変化を検知するた めの第2の検知手段を有し、 (d)第1及び第2の検知手段をハウジングのキャビティ内の位置に固定させ るための押さえ付け手段を有し、 (e)前記ハウジング内に含まれ、前記流路内の圧力の変化を検知するための 第1及び第2の検知手段に接続される電子回路を有し、前記電子回路は、前記穴 内の流体の流量の割合に比例した電気信号を生成する ことを特徴とする流量計。 12.請求項11記載の流量計において、 前記縦穴のくぼみ部分は、着脱自在な挿入部材からなることを特徴とする流量 計。 13.請求項11記載の流量計において、 前記ハウジングは、それぞれ縦穴とこれと反対の穴を含む第1及び第2の半ハ ウジングを有し、前記縦穴とこれと反対の穴は、各半ハウジングの縦穴が整列さ れて第1及び第2の半ハウジングが並置されたときに規制部材を受け入れること を特徴とする流量計。 14.請求項11記載の流量計において、 前記規制手段は、2つのスペーサと2つの押さえ付け用リングを有し、各押さ え付け用リングは外部表面に形成されキャビティの内部表面に形成されたねじ穴 と合うねじ山を有し、前記スペーサは、前記第1及び第2の検知手段と前記押さ え付け用リングとの間に位置決めされ、これにより、各押さえ付け用リングが、 キャビティの内部表面に関してねじ込まれるとき、各押さえ付け用リングは、そ れぞれの検知手段に関連して組み込まれたスペーサを押圧することを特徴とする 流量計。 15.請求項11記載の流量計において、 更に、キャビティを覆う関係でハウジングに取り付けられるように適合された カバーを有し、該カバーは、前記電子回路に電気的に接続された化学的に不活性 な電気的コネクタを含むことを特徴とする流量計。 16.請求項11記載の流量計において、 前記ハウジングは、化学的に不活性なポリマーで製造されていることを特徴と する流量計。 17.請求項16記載の流量計において、 前記化学的に不活性なポリマーは、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなること を特徴とする流量計。 18.請求項11記載の流量計において、 前記第1及び第2の検知手段は、それぞれアルミナセラミックのダイアフラム を有する静電容量センサからなることを特徴とする流量計。 19.請求項11記載の流量計において、 前記第1及び第2の検知手段は、それぞれサファイア静電容量センサからなる ことを特徴とする流量計。 20.請求項11記載の流量計において、 前記電子回路は、流路内の温度の変動を補償するために前記制御信号を調整す る手段を含むことを特徴とする流量計。 21.請求項11記載の流量計において、 前記電子回路は、更に、流量の割合がゼロのときの圧力差を補償するために前 記制御信号を調整する手段を含むことを特徴とする流量計。 22.請求項11記載の流量計において、 更に、それぞれ前記第1及び第2のキャビティ内に含まれる化学的に不活性な 可撓性のある膜を前記ハウジングの縦穴に近接して有し、各膜は、第1及び第2 の対向する主面を有し、前記第1の主面は、流体流路を流れる流体にさらされて いることを特徴とする流量計。 23.請求項11記載の流量計において、 導管は、前記ハウジングの外部表面から前記第1及び第2の離間する個々のキ ャビティの少なくとも1つに交差して延びていることを特徴とする流量計。 24.請求項23記載の流量計において、 前記導管は、更に、前記導管内の流体の存在を検知するために前記導管内に配 置された伝導性センサを有することを特徴とする流量計。 25.請求項12記載の流量計において、 前記着脱自在なな挿入部材は、サファイアから製造されることを特徴とする流 量計。 26.請求項15記載の流量計において、 ガスケットが、前記カバーと前記ハウジング間をシールする関係で位置決めさ れていることを特徴とする流量計。
