Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.導電性の支持体物質(1)を有し、該物質に放出被膜(3)が配置されてい るガス放出用電極において、放出被膜(3)の物質の光電仕事関数が570°K より低く、有利には420°Kより低い電極の作業温度の範囲内で支持体物質( 1)の光電仕事関数より少ないことを特徴とする、ガス放出用電極。 2.導電性の支持体物質(1)を有し、該物質に放出被膜(3)が配置されてい るガス放出用電極において、放出被膜(3)の物質の光電仕事関数が200〜5 00°K、有利には260〜450°Kの温度範囲内で5.6×10-19ジュー ル/電子より少ないことを特徴とする、ガス放出用電極。 3.導電性の支持体物質(1)を有し、該物質に放出被膜(3)が配置されてい るガス放出用電極において、放出被膜(3)がイットリウム、プラセオジム、セ リウムまたはルビジウムまたはこれらの混合物を含有することを特徴とする、ガ ス放出用電極。 4.放出被膜(3)が導電性または半導電性の物質からなる請求の範囲1から3 までのいずれか1項記載の電極。 5.電極が少なくとも一部分中空体として、特にコップ状に形成され、放出被膜 (3)が中空体の内側に存在する請求の範囲1から4までのいずれか1項記 載の電極。 6.放出被膜(3)が電極のその他の表面より少ない光電仕事関数を有する請求 の範囲5記載の電極。 7.支持体物質(1)が中空体の外側に、有利にはニッケルまたは白金からなる 被覆層(4)を有し、該層が高い光電仕事関数、有利には8.0×10-19ジュー ル/電子より高い光電仕事関数を有する請求の範囲5または6記載の電極。 8.支持体物質(1)が低い光電仕事関数、有利には5.6×10-19ジュール /電子より低い光電仕事関数を有する請求の範囲1から7までのいずれか1項記 載の電極。 9.支持体物質(1)が金属、有利には鉄である請求の範囲1から8までのいず れか1項記載の電極。 10.放出被膜(3)が純粋物質に対して光電仕事関数を減少するためにドーパ ントを含有し、有利にはドーパント、セシウム、カルシウムまたはバリウムまた はこれらの混合物を10-5at%〜1at%の濃度で含有する請求の範囲1から 9までのいずれか1項記載の電極。 11.支持体物質(1)の表面の一部が電子流またはイオン流を抑制するために 電気的絶縁被覆層(4)を有する請求の範囲1から10までのいずれか1項記載 の電極。 12.電極のガス放出に向けられる部分に、電気的に 絶縁性の、温度および真空に安定な物質、有利にはセラミックが被覆されている 請求の範囲5から11までのいずれか1項記載の電極。 13.つばを備えた電気的に絶縁性のスリーブ(9)が電極により形成される中 空空間の開口内に、つばがガス放出方向の開口の縁部を覆うように配置されてい る請求の範囲5から12までのいずれか1項記載の電極。 14.電極から形成される中空空間の開口のガス放出に向けられる縁部が、開口 の電場の勾配が、有利には曲げることによりまたは縁をつけることにより減少す るように形成されている請求の範囲5から13までのいずれか1項記載の電極。 15.電極がガラス成形体(8)により包囲され、成形体が有利にはシリンダ状 である請求の範囲1から14までのいずれか1項記載の電極。 16.電極がガラス成形体(8)内に、熱伝導性の劣る絶縁物質、有利にはセラ ミックまたは雲母からなるリング(10)を用いて中心に配置されている請求の 範囲15記載の電極。 17.金属のコップ、中空シリンダまたは中空の円錐の内側に少なくとも一部分 場のない空間が生じる請求の範囲5から16までのいずれか1項記載の電極。 18.支持体物質(1)の表面の少なくとも一部分に 反応性ガスを結合する物質(ゲッター)が被覆されている請求の範囲1から17 までのいずれか1項記載の電極。 19.支持体物質(1)を被覆する物質が電極の状態調節の際に水素を遊離して 金属の形に変換する水素化物の形で、有利には水素化イットリウムとして被覆さ れる請求の範囲1から18までのいずれか1項記載の電極。
