Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ガスタービンエンジンのタービンブレード先端シュラウドのためのシール であって、該ジュラウドは、軸方向に向いた高温ガス通路と前記シュラウドと外 側ケーシングの間に形成された同心の冷却ガス通路の間に位置決めされており、 前記ジュラウドは、軸方向のプラットホーム及び該プラットホームから延びた少 なくとも1つの径方向リブを備え、周方向に配列された複数のシュラウドセグメ ントを有しており、該シュラウドセグメントは、端部壁と前記プラットホームに 対応した該端部壁それぞれに形成され前記リブに対応するように前記端部壁部分 に連続する溝とを有していて、前記シールは、前記端部壁の前記連続溝の形状に 形成されたワンピースシート部材から構成されており、前記シールの部分は、軸 方向の構成要素と径方向の構成要素とを備えていることを特徴とするシール。 2. 前記シールを形成するシート部材は、上側に向かって延びるリブの形状を 有する耐熱性材料から構成されていて、前記上側に向かって延びるリブは、対と なった広がって行く脚部を備えており、該脚部は、前記シュラウドセグメントの 前記端部壁の前記溝に堅固に嵌合するように弾性により圧縮されていることを特 徴とする請求項1の記載のタービンブレード先端シュラウドのためのシール。 3. 前記材料は、所定の形状に曲げることができる耐熱性合金であることを特 徴とする請求項2に記載のシール。 4. 前記シュラウドは、前記プラットホームから上に向かって延び、互いに離 間した対となった平行リブと、前記シュラウドセグメントの双方のリブに延びる 連続溝とを有し、シート部材が前記シールを形成していて、前記シート部材は、 平行とされ、実質的に同一の離間とされているとともに、双方が弾性を有し前記 シュラウドセグメントの端部壁の連続溝に嵌合する対とされた上側に向かって延 びる部分を有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガスタービンエンジン のためのシール。 5. 2つの環状エンジン部品の間の連結部をシールするガスタービンエンジン のためのシールであって、前記2つの部品の前記連結部は、軸方向構成要素と径 方向構成要素とから構成された環状ギャップを有していて、各構成要素は、径方 向に互いに離間した壁を有し、前記シールは、前記径方向構成要素の壁よりも短 い径方向延長部を有し、前記環状ギャップの径方向構成要素内に嵌合する構成と された“C”形状部分を有していて、前記“C”形状部分の脚部は、前記環状ギ ャップの前記軸方向構成要素内において軸方向に延び、前記脚部は、前記環状ギ ャップの軸方向構成要素の互いに離間した壁のうちの一方と接触する波打ち部分 の一つのピークを有し、別のピークが前記環状ギャップの軸方向構成要素の前記 離間した壁の他方と接触する波打ち形状とされていて、前記ギャップを前記連結 部の各側を流れるガスのリークからシールしていることを特徴とするシール。 6. 前記シールは、エンドレスリングであることを特徴とする請 求項5に記載のガスタービンエンジンのためのシール。 7. 2つの環状エンジン部品の間の連結部をシールするガスタービンエンジン のためのリングシールであって、前記2つの部品の前記連結部は、対向した径方 向に互いに離間する壁を備えた軸方向構成要素を有する環状ギャップを有し、前 記リングシールは、交互にピークを形成する波打ち形状の軸方向部分を備え、該 波打ちパターンは、前記環状ギャップの互いに対向する径方向に離間した壁に接 触して、前記連結部におけるシールを構成するように該ピークの径方向の圧迫が できるに充分な角度とされていることを特徴とするリングシール。 8. 前記環状ギャップは、さらに互いに対向し、径方向に離間した壁を有して おり、前記リングシールは、前記径方向構成要素の壁よりも短い径方向延長部を 有し、前記環状ギャップの径方向構成要素内に嵌合する構成とされた“C”形状 部分を有していて、前記“C”形状部分の脚部は、前記環状ギャップの前記軸方 向構成要素内において軸方向に延び、前記脚部は、前記環状ギャップの軸方向構 成要素の互いに離間した壁のうちの一方と接触する波打ち部分の一つのピークを 有し、別のピークが前記環状ギャップの軸方向構成要素の前記離間した壁の他方 と接触する波打ち形状とされていて、前記ギャップを前記連結部の各側を流れる ガスのリークからシールしていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシール。 9. 前記リングシールは、耐熱性の本質的に弾性材料から形成さ れていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のリングシール。 10. 前記リングシールは、耐熱性合金の曲げられたシートから形成されてい ることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のリングシール。 11. 高温ガス流路と外側ケーシングとを有するガスタービンエンジンのター ビンブレード先端シュラウドのためのシールであって、該シュラウドは、軸方向 に向いた高温ガス通路と前記シュラウドと外側ケーシングの間に形成された同心 の冷却ガス通路の間に位置決めされており、前記シュラウドは、エンジンケーシ ング内の取り付け構造体に連結されて、前記シュラウドと前記取り付け構造体の 間に軸方向の構成要素を有する環状ギャップを形成する軸方向に延びたプラット ホームを有しており、前記環状ギャップは、前記シュラウド及び前記取り付け構 造体に形成された互いに対向する径方向に離間した壁を備えていて、前記リング シールは、交互にピークを形成する波打ち形状の軸方向に延びた部分を備え、該 波打ちパターンは、前記環状ギャップの互いに対向した径方向に離間した壁に接 触して、前記連結部におけるシールを構成するように該ピークの径方向の圧迫が できるに充分な角度とされていることを特徴とするリングシール。 12. 高温ガス流路と外側ケーシングとを有するガスタービンエンジンのター ビンブレード先端シュラウドのためのシールであって、該シュラウドは、軸方向 に向いた高温ガス通路と前記シュラウドと 外側ケーシングの間に形成された同心の冷却ガス通路の間に位置決めされており 、前記シュラウドは、エンジンケーシング内の取り付け構造体に連結されて、前 記シュラウドと前記取り付け構造体の間に軸方向の構成要素を有する環状ギャッ プを形成する軸方向に延びたプラットホームを有しており、前記環状ギャップは 、前記シュラウド及び前記取り付け構造体に形成された互いに対向する径方向に 離間した壁を備えていて、前記リングシールは、前記軸方向に延びたプラットホ ームの径方向寸法よりも径方向寸法が大きく、前記ギャップ径方向寸法よりも小 さな寸法を有する“C”形状部分を有していて、前記リングシールの該“C”形 状部分を備えた前記環状ギャップの前記径方向構成要素の前記“C”形状位置部 分は、前記環状ギャップの前記径方向構成要素内に配置され、前記“C”形状部 分の脚部は、前記環状ギャップの前記軸方向構成要素内において軸方向に延び、 前記脚部は、前記環状ギャップの互いに離間した壁と接触する交互ピークを有し ていて、前記シュラウドと前記取り付け体の間の連結部におけるガスシールとな っていることを特徴とするリングシール。 13. 前記リングシールは、本質的に弾性を有する耐熱性合金から形成されて いることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のリングシール。
