Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.遠い画像及び近い画像を作り出す回折多焦点眼用レンズに関連せしめられ たまぶしさを低減する方法であって、前記回折多焦点眼用レンズは、該レンズの 光軸から半径riのところに置かれた複数個のエシェレットを有しており、前記 エシェレットの各々がステップ高さを有している前記方法は: a)ベースカーブを選定する工程と、 b)前記ベースカーブに対する各エシェレットの位置riを計算する工程と、 c)各エシェレットに対するステップ高さを選ぶ工程と、 d)選定されたアポダイゼーション帯域におけるアポダイゼーションファクタ ーfアホ゜タ゛イス゛により各エシェレットのステップ高さを徐々に低減させ、前記ステ ップ高さの減少は、前記光軸からの各エシェレットの距離が増大するにつれて前 記アポダイゼーション帯域における各エシェレットに対して増大する工程と、 を有しており、 それにより前記アポダイゼーション帯域における各エシェレットの前記ステップ 高さを滑らかに低減させることで前記遠い画像と前記近い画像との間のエネルギ ーバランスを移すことにより回折多焦点眼用レンズに関連せしめられた前記まぶ しさを低減させる方法。 2.請求項1記載の方法において、前記アポダイゼーション帯域は、実質的に 均一なステップ高さのエシェレットの帯域と、前記回折多焦点眼用レンズの周辺 との間にある方法。 3.請求項2記載の方法において、前記アポダイゼーションファクターfアホ゜タ ゛イス゛ による前記アポダイゼーションの各エシェレットの前記ステップ高さの徐々 なる減少は以下の式により決定され、即ち、 ここで、 rin=前記アポダイゼーション帯域の内方境界部でのri rout=前記アポダイゼーション帯域の外方境界部でのri、 である方法。 4.請求項1記載の方法において、前記アポダイゼーション帯域は前記光軸の ところで始まっているとともに、前記回折多焦点眼用レンズの周辺部に向かって 外方に前進しており、また各エシェレットの前記ステップ高さを徐々に減少させ るために用いられている前記アポダイゼーションファクターfアホ゜タ゛イス゛は次式に より決定され、 ここで、rout=前記アポダイゼーション帯域の外方境界部でのri、 である方法。 5.複数個のエシェレットを有する光学素子を有しており、各エシェレットは 光軸から半径riのところに位置しており、また、アポダイゼーションファクター fアホ゜タ゛イス゛により徐々に低減されるステップ高さを有しており、前記アポダイゼ ーションファクターは次式により決定され、即ち、 ここで、rout=前記アポダイゼーション帯域の外方境界部でのri、 ている眼用レンズ。 6.複数個のエシェレットを備えた光学素子を有しており、各エシェレットは アポダイゼーション帯域に置かれており、該アポダイゼーション帯域は光軸から 半径riのところで始まっているとともに、アポダイゼーションファクターfアホ゜タ ゛イス゛ により徐々に低減されるステップ高さを有しており、該アポダイゼーション ファクターは次式により決定され、即ち、 ここで、 rin=前記アポダイゼーション帯域の内方境界部でのri rout=前記アポダイゼーション帯域の外方境界部でのri、 である眼用レンズ。 7.遠い焦点及び近い焦点を有している回折多焦点眼用レンズに関連せしめら れたまぶしさを低減する方法であって、前記回折多焦点眼用レンズは光軸から半 径riのところに置かれた複数個のエシェレットを有しており、該エシェレット の各々はステップ高さを有している前記方法にして、該方法は、下記の式、即ち 、 ここで、 rin=アポダイゼーション帯域の内方境界部でのri rout=アポダイゼーション帯域の外方境界部でのri ほぼ3≦exp≦ほぼ6.2 に従い、前記光軸からの前記半径riが増大するにつれてアポダイゼーションフ ァクターfアホ タ イス により各エシェレットのステップ高さにおける減少を徐々に 高めることによって前記近い焦点と前記遠い焦点との間のエネルギーバランスを 徐徐に移すアポダイゼーション帯域を提供する工程を有している方法。
